I just came through for a kids meal and a burger with no bun. The gal working the drive through was so friendly and helpful and the person making my burger went above and beyond by doing a little lettuce wrap instead of plopping it into a container. Such small gestures make a huge difference, thank you!

They mistakenly put my burger on a bun instead of sourdough, but they quickly fixed it for me, with a genuine smile instead of annoyance. Their sandwiches are also less greasy than most other Hardee's.

Was wanting something quick, so I went through the drive thru. I decided to try their new chicken tender platter, and got my son a burger. I was impressed with the platter, the chicken, fries, were hot and crispy. The toast was delicious as well.The customer service at the drive thru was quick, and pleasant.

I was skeptical because I normally get breakfast from McDonald’s. The young lady named Sef told me that I would love the super sausage sandwich I ordered and she was correct. Will try it again.
The burger was very overcooked and the lettuce old. I couldn't even tell you about the fries because they didn't put them in the bag. Not worth the $13 bill.

Arrived at 6:40, doors locked. Sign on the door says both dine in and drive thru open at 6. Another customer outside said they don't open the lobby until 7. Waited 20min, 7:05, doors are still locked. Drive thru seems to be working just fine though. Why have an operating times sign if you're not going to follow it??

I love Hardees. I went there on my lunch break an i order a frisco burger. My bun was cold an dry, my meat was dry an hard, the tomatoes looked like the was week old an the cheese was not melt.. That was the worst burger I even had an it cost me $7.45. I will never eat their again.. And I wont my money back... I went r here at 8:00 an they close at 10:00 my burger had no business being like that. Very disappointed.. An mad..an want my money back
