Chicken sandwich was burnt. They didn't give a receipt. No ketchup for the fries. They were to busy talking to even hear the request for the ketchup and didn't even ask if I wanted ketchup. My husband ate half of the chicken sandwich. Before he told me.

Didn't open on time. Waited 10 minutes to get inside so we could wait with the rest of the customers. Why? Because we only say one employee trying to operate the drive thru and the front counter. The food was good except that the Cinnamon Raisin biscuits that they are famous for was at least a couple days old, had little icing on it and was still cold in the middle. We had to wait to get our plastic ware and cream and sugar for my wife's coffee.I will say that the one employee was trying her best to handle the situation but needed help.

I ordered a burger combo and told the person at the window that I did not want tomatoes. I didn’t let him know that it’s a food allergy (shouldn’t have to. I repeated myself twice. I initially didn’t check my burger until I got back to my job. My burger and fries were cold, and it smelled like fresh tomatoes, for some reason I still bit into it. When I pulled the bun off, and I could see that they took the tomato juice, seeds, and stuff from where it was just sitting on the burger. They literally just took it off of the burger, and rewrapped it.I called and was offered to have it remade, but I’m so disappointed that I just threw $10 in the trash. Will not return.
It is just a Hardee's, but service is quick. Buicuits probably best fast food ones in town.

Very clean - we haven’t been dining indoors at restaurants due to covid but this feels very safe. Fried chicken sandwich was great, and hubby says his hamburger is also.
