This place was absolutely terrible. I was a server for 3 years when I was in high school at a pizza place and never have I ever seen such terrible service. Me and my fiance came here and wanted to have a late date night. We walked in and there were two people in the waiting room waiting to pickup their DoorDash orders to deliver. We stood there and watched all the severs stand in a corner ONE of them was working. We stood there waiting for 30 minutes until we decided to sit down after we talked to a server. I was starting to get upset because the dining room was pretty empty. So we waited and a server finally came and asked us if we needed to be seated and we said yes and she walked off. We waited another 30 minutes until we were so over it and we walked out. We will never EVER be returning to this establishment again. This was the absolute worst experience that I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. If I could I would give a -5/5 stars.

We had the worst service and food ever, followed by going to the parking lot and discovering that the manager had our car towed, thinking we weren’t actually customers. Worst experience ever. Avoid this place at all costs!Parking: They will have you towed while you eat!

I took my family here 3 years ago and loved it. Food and service were great. 2 years ago food was not as good but not bad. Service was rough at first as gave me my eggs only first then didn’t get the rest of my order till 20 minutes later. I explained to the server that was unacceptable. He sincerely apologized and did his best to fix it I appreciated his explanation and didn’t penalize his tip.Today was just horrible. The server just didn’t care. The food looked disgusting. We were given no attention and every time we tried to work with the server she just seemed annoyed. I get that sometimes you may be having a bad day but there was no concern on her part to be helpful at all. I still gave a 10 percent tip but it was a horrible experience and will not be going to that establishment again.

Calling for IHOP, you should change staffs in this location. The lady let us wait too long to be seated when they barely have costumers. Then when we are seated, act like they don’t want to serve you, didn’t even bring us drinks. They act like they don’t want to be bother. Been to this place multiple times through the years and the service getting worst.

THEY MUST CHANGE THE STAFF NOW !!!!!!!1 . they sat us at a table where they HAD false eyelashes thrown away, what don't they clean? I think that must have been my sign to run away2. we waited too long for the food, and for a COLD, BURNED AND CHANGED meal apart from the fact that it was not complete.3 . they never came to ask if something was missing or if we wanted something else EVERYTHING VERY BAD NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THIS PLACE WAS SO EMPTYTHE OWNERS SHOULD CHECK THIS PLACE!!EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE AND IT DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARWE WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I called and placed an order 15 minutes before I arrived to the restaurant. Get there for the serve to walk to the back like she checking on the order, to come back and say I’m sorry I didn’t save the order. Had to redo the order only for the server to mess up one of the orders.
They have an extensive pest issue, and it is only a matter of time before they are cited.

Went here on a Saturday at 130 AM and they wouldn't even let us dine in, even though they're open 24 hours on the weekend. Take out only. What a joke. Was ignored by the staff. Will not be coming here again. Waffle House is better at 1 AM that this joke of a restaurant.
