Pretty disappointed. Was so excited to go here and crush their salad bar like we have before. Greeted by workers that weren't overly pleasant. Got our order in, went to the end of the line and our plates were ready for the salad bar and our bowl of soup was already poured. Set down our soup and went to do the salad bar. It was still set up nicely, pretty clean, so we took our time getting our first round. Filled up our waters (no lemons out like usual). Still not a bad experience so far. Got back to our seat to discover the soup was barely luke warm. Not a single napkin in sight to be found. After round one of the salad bar, we discovered it was one trip only (so I had huge regrets). And then, went to save the trip with the free ice cream...AND THE MACHINE WAS DOWN. No warning, no sign on the machine or anywhere in the building. Devastated. Not sure I'll be returning. Thoughts and prayers for the mom behind us that had to return her children's three Mac and cheese plates to watch them be reheated in the microwave and was already fielding questions about when it was time to get ice cream. Had to leave before she delivered the news. Definitely tears in the future.

I really enjoys Jason's Deli. The food is generally of good quality, it's very clean, the customer service is USUALLY good for walk in orders. They are AMAZING for catering orders. They are very quick and efficient.

We enjoyed a chicken club wrap and a Santa Fe Panini. The taste of the food was prepared well, flavorful, and fresh. The atmosphere was enjoyable and we received our food right away. Enjoyed lingering over lunch. There were many customers but it was not over crowded. The portions were smaller than expected and pricy with significant up-charging for substitutions which made it even more expensive. I would return and definitely not substitute next time.

I love Jason's Deli! It's conveniently located in Downtown Cola and offers great sandwiches, soups, salads, and more! I first ate at this particular Jason's Deli in August of 2020 and had food from this location most recently at the beginning of December; the quality and service are consistent, and the food is good! At one point at the beginning of 2021 in January, I went into Jason's Deli almost every day to the point that one of the employees knew my order, which was a bowl of the Seafood Gumbo, which is soo good btw! I also like their Panini's! I want to give a shout-out to the Owner/Operator. I stopped by this location right before Thanksgiving Holiday to get a sandwich. There was an issue with the credit card payment system, and then she, the Owner/Operator, made the situation right! I truly appreciated how she communicated with me to resolve the problem and took the necessary steps to ensure that I felt like a valued customer. This was not a transactional interaction but a transformational one. Often when we think about transformational service experiences, it is with only one fast-food chain lol or a high-end restaurant, but let me tell you, don't sleep on Jason's Deli! I have watched them remain consistent and provide outstanding service and good food during these challenging times! If you're in COLA, near Gervais, UofSC, or at a Women's or Men's Bball game at Colonial life, give them a try!

Columbia sc location we waited an hour never got food when we asked for our money back because of the wait they said if u wanted it faster we shoulda went to Burger King!!! What wait what how long does it take to make a bowl of soup and 1 sandwich & 2 cheese pizzas for kids! I always support local small businesses but not this places ever again rude as hell wished I could leave no stars

One of the best salad bars in town. Daily manager specials are available even on Ubereats. Most menu items can be customized to your personal taste with choice of breads, meats, toppings, and sides. Great place for Vegetarians and Vegans. Ask about FREE soft serve with your meal!

Oh man! I would have taken pics of the New York and Reuben we had but they were gone right after they hit our table! Amazing food, decent pricess as well as great stuff and I think I met the manager too! 5 Stars, definitely recommended and will take pics for you all next time!

The sub was a pretty good size, I am full after my meal. I ordered togo, and they had my sub ready super quickly. I got the roasted turkey, it was delicious. The fresh mozzarella was a nice touch.
