Arrived on a trip and stopped in for some lunch. Dining room was dirty. We decided to use the bathroom first and no toilet paper, no paper towel, pee all over the floor, blood on the wall, dirt in the sink, toilet seat was falling off...when I asked for toilet paper, they were very nice and got some right away. The gentleman brought two rolls and was very polite and fast. He apologized and went back into the kitchen.After we were finished we went to the counter to order but the 2 girls behind the counter were yelling at each other and swearing. I decided to get my kids out and we went somewhere else.

I recently ordered from KFC via the mobile app, selecting the pick-up option and placing my order 15 minutes prior to arrival. However, upon reaching the restaurant, I encountered a series of disappointments that marred the entire experience.Firstly, despite the advanced order placement, none of the items were ready when I arrived. This resulted in an unexpected wait time of over 30 minutes, which was inconvenient and frustrating.Furthermore, upon receiving my order, I found that the 6 chicken littles, which I had specifically customized to exclude pickles, were all prepared with pickles included. This oversight was particularly frustrating as it's not the first time this location has made such errors. It seems necessary to double-check every order, which becomes especially cumbersome given the 30-minute drive required to reach the restaurant.Additionally, the bucket of 12 chicken pieces I ordered was disappointingly dry, further diminishing the overall satisfaction of the meal.While I understand that mistakes happen, the repeated nature of these errors at this location is concerning. It's disheartening to consistently encounter issues with order accuracy and food quality.As a loyal customer, I hope that KFC management takes steps to improve the consistency and accuracy of orders at this location to ensure a more satisfying experience for all patrons.

Had to check out my local KFC tonight for something quick. I ordered the 5 piece tender meal. For sides I had the coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and fries.The KFC coleslaw is the best in the fast food business! The tenders were fresh, and the fries were crispy!The service was actually quick this evening, I was definitely a happy customer!

Man I wish I would’ve read these reviews before going here. The fact that there are SO MANY negative reviews about the service and the owner/proprietor does nothing about it says a LOT. Just shut down if you’re not going to properly train and hold your employees accountable when their attitudes and service are absolutely terrible.

KFC Chicken sizes are a rip off! I will not order any longer, period! $10.49 for a 10 piece nugget, they are NOT Nuggets, but rather pieces of chicken the size of the tip of your pinky finger, bwahahaha, NOT FUNNY KFC!

The food and service here was just okay. The manager was frustrated with one of the workers and that was pretty obvious. The manager was sort of courteous but he didn't look very professional. All and all it was only an okay experience. I'll probably get my fried chicken somewhere else next time though.

The dining room was disgusting! Spilled drinks all over the drink station and tables with food and trash left sitting. Customer service was horrid! I asked for a small container since we were sharing a family sized macaroni. The guy working said they didn't have anything. The tea was undrinkable, lemonade was plain water, rootbeer was out. Needless to say it was a poor dining experience.
