Food was good. Service was ok but I think it's time to update the atmosphere. Maybe change out the dinning tables and also update the landscaping. We sat by a window and could see where the fence was breaking and the small area of grass needed to be attended to.

I well enjoyed myself great music huge food portion the tea was good n sweet ? I got fried pork chops (2) collards and rice and gravy the gravy they DEFINITELY took they time with it SO SAVORY and golden brown I enjoyed it NO COMPLAINTS I definitely will be bk

Stopped in to purchase gift cards only, but then a server came out with sweet cream corn nuggets and platters of fried green beans for another customer. FRIED GREEN BEANS, y’all!! Never in my life had I had these. So I ordered some to go (it’s on the menu as an appetizer), and before I remembered to take a food pic, they were GONE! Crispy, hot, and not at all greasy—served with ranch dressing! Yummy—it was large enough for a meal. Service was excellent, and purchasing the gift cards was quick.Parking: Parking spots all around the restaurant, plenty of handicapped spots as well…

Kiki Chicken and waffle by the mall. 7/30/2023My family was eating, I never got my food, my drink was at the bar so long it got watery. We asked for napkins and water never came. The waitress act as if we were asking for to much. When I asked about my food she says "idk whats going on with your food".. That was it!!!! I made my family stop eating and we left. The managers try to fix it by giving me a gift card, but stil charged for the food I didn't get. I really tried to support my ppl but it's always something.. The waitress with the attitude, not clean, decor is raggedy no upgrades please do better.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS!!!! Retrain your ppl or get rid of them. The FOOD was pretty good the bit that I did get from my grandson plate ?

SORELY underwhelmed.Food - I was so excited because of the hype around this place, but the food was just plain boring and bland. We got the classic chicken and waffles and a few different sides. The waffle was semi soggy and tasted like it was from a mix. The chicken had okay crisp to it, but lacked flavor and was hard to eat. The Mac and cheese was hard and cold and tasted like it was from the day before. The cornbread was very dry and almost inedible. The “string beans” were from a can. The grits were bland and not creamy at all. I had to add cheese and a bunch of toppings ( all cost an additional dollar but they gave us barely a 1/4 cup of sautéed veggies to top my grits and they charged us $5). Very dissatisfied.Service - everyone who works there are devine! We were treated like family as soon as we walked in.Atmosphere - also sorely underwhelming. It’s not very cozy and the vibe was too dark. For being a family/locally owned place it should be lighter, more homey (add booths), livelier ( add art of decor) and not look like it belongs as part of Dave and busters.Sadly will not be going back.

Great dining spot with great food! Always try to stop by when in the Columbia area. While they have lots of great dishes to choose from, I recommend trying the " Mama B's Chicken and Waffles" combo. They have multiple waffle flavors to choose from ( Blueberry is really good) and always have great service.
