It was A bad experience.. food was not cooked all the way, eggs were cold . Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this place.

I went here about a month ago, food tasted great, however when I paid , I got over charged by $7 on my card, and didn’t realize it until I got all the way home. Mind you guys, I don’t live in the Columbia area. I called up to the restaurant and I was told by the manager that I would be getting that $7 refund within 1-2 weeks. Here I am a month later and I still haven’t gotten my refund! And yes, this is all over seven dollars , but it’s just that concept that matters! Not the amount! Note for future buyers: Check your receipts & how much you are being charged before you leave restaurants , especially this Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles location because this is ridiculous! Poor customer service!

Let me say first that the waitress was extremely nice. We had just got off the highway from a six hour drive and was told this was the best soul food in Columbia. I ordered baked chicken, macaroni and cheese, cabbage and sweet tea. The cabbage was the best but everything else was drab. My daughter had the fried chicken, macaroni and cheese and collard greens. The ancestors would have been angry about the greens. She did not like them at all but shared that the chicken was seasoned well. I tried the greens and she was right.

I ordered a pickup here through DoorDash. I got there at the time it stated it would be ready and still had to wait 40 minutes. Also, I paid for honey wings and got regular wings. The food was cold when we received it as well.

All of the food was cold, was surprised when I was given a plastic fork to eat with, the garden salad was good, the server was not friendly. Asked for extra plate which l did not receive, asked for a garden salad was given a house salad instead, the busboy was nice. When l paid the check the server did not have change to give, so she did not give me my change,I told her I would post that on the review she gave me a I don't care look
