When you have a dream you cannot let ppl with poor attitudes run it. They will ruin it. The young lady didn't speak. Didn't ask me what I wanted. Her service was horrible. I haven't been to litas in a long time. I decided to stop by today. That was a mistake. I usually go to Killian road location and the service is better at that location. They will acknowledge you. The service makes the whole experience BAD!!!

I was passing by on my way to Greenville and came across this place by accident. Since I have a kitten at home named Lita who loves treats I thought it would be funny to stop in. Come to find out they have THE BEST cupcakes. I got 2 cookie butter cupcakes - my fiancé and I each had one. It was so fresh, had frosting/cream in the middle, and was just delightful. Will be back again!!

Tastes like something i buy in a gas station. Not sure about the quality of the ingredients. If customers are standing there waiting and you make them wait on calls that is basically letting someone cut in line. dont put in person customers on hold for longer than seconds. its unprofessional. The food wasnt terrible just basically tasted like i was eating a twinkie.

I love this Lita's location! Staff is always pleasant and it truly smells dreamy in there. Whether I'm calling to prepay for an order or walking in, the cupcakes of course are always deliciously on point. Also, someone usually always offers to help me to the car when I place a large order.

Lita's Treats cake and cupcakes left a lasting first impression! Everything was delicious! The cupcake flavors I purchased were red velvet, lemon blueberry, praline pecan, strawberry shortcake, chocolate and banana pudding. All were full of flavor and fresh. Appreciate the limited number of variety of flavors to chose from. Customer service was top tier, all our questions were answered. Knew it was the right place to be because people were consistently flowing in/out and complimenting how good the products were. Will definitely be returning when in the area.

October 2023- cupcakes are okay, but sometimes too oily. Some cons - the customer service at the Irmo location is very subpar! The employees act like they don’t want to be bothered. They are always using their phones when you walk in and barely greet you. The amount of food coloring in the blue velvet cake seems excessive! It stains surfaces, fabrics, and your poop. Probably won’t go back for awhile.************************************7 years ago - All of the cupcakes here are wonderful. They are very moist as well. The icing is so addicting! My favorite are red velvet, vanilla, and pecan!! They also have great customer service and prices. I recommend these cupcakes to everyone.

The very best cupcakes I’ve ever bought! My favorite is the basic yellow with chocolate, but I have not had a flavor that I didn’t like. They’re never dry, and very filling-you can also count on them to stay moist and tasty for several days.Highly recommend-you won’t be disappointed!
