Review update: So I visited on 3-18 and the service I was given was bottom of the barrel service. I had actually taken a friend out for a birthday dinner and the waitress was just snotty. We had an appetizer, two glasses of water, the bread and the plates along with our meals all on a table for two. Oh let me tell you about the overpriced water down drinks .. not to mention ordering top shelf.... It was just the worst dining experience ever. If I could leave no stars I would.. this Longhorn location is a disappointment to the entire franchise. I will not be visiting this establishment ever again....THIS LONGHORN IS A BIG NO .ANYTHING ELSE ON HARBISON BLVD WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE...The food was good and the service was amazing. Thank you Hope for serving my family.

I love meat! And I like my steaks ? rare! The quality of food at the Longhorn for the price is unparalleled. Of course I have my favorites, but I have never been disappointed with any dish I've tried. The Outlaw Ribeye is spectacular. I just tried their creamy corn ? on the cob with crusted Parmesan, off-the -chain goodness. You know a restaurant is good when the parking lot is full nightly. Don't miss this shining star of a restaurant as it is an upscale menu for a family price.

Really enjoyed the food, the customer service was fantastic. Our server Marcus was spectacular. I order the parmesan crusted lamb chops which was 10/10. Also the cowboy pork chops was so good. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to all.

We came at the tail end of lunch service. We ordered cheeseburgers, medium, and received hard hockey pucks. The waitress was very nice but didn’t know the options for drinks/beers very well. The bathroom and restaurant could use a good cleaning for dust and cobwebs. We won’t be back.

Gave them the last chance this past Friday to keep me as a customer. Four out of the last five times I visited, my steak was cooked improperly (not even close). On my final visit I received a medium well cooked steak when I ordered rare, my steak and side came out 15 minutes after I ordered it which was super fast for them, then 5 minutes later my salad and bread arrived. All this while the bar manager was having a lovely conversation with other customers. I guess getting a tea and bread within 10 minutes of sitting down is just too much to ask for. On top of this the last two times when my food was overcooked I still left the server a 25% tip because they were doing everything they could do. I will say one thing nice, they always end up making it right but when it has to be corrected every time it is just not worth the hassle.

Went in for a take outNo one answers phonePlaced order online . Got text saying order ready. Waited in designated parking. No one came out so I went inside. Bartender was super rude told me to wait .. waited for 15 mins for a order of shrimp. Didn't check until I got home. It was cold and a tiny portion. No sauces.Tried to call to speak to manager. Waited on hold for 30+ mins and got transferred around.Never spoke it a manager. Will not be back.

Came here awhile ago service and food was average. Came in during the lunch rush sat at the bar asked the bartender if they had prime rib she looked at me like I asked for something crazy. Ok fine no prime rib I ordered the salmon which was ok. Overall service could be better as her attitude completely changed as soon as she noticed I was paying with gift card.
