The restaurant was so cold, we were ALL miserable. I had long sleeve shirt and long pants and was shivering the entire time. The rest of our party was also freezing. We had a group of 10 people, so the bill had added gratuity so I guess that automatically means bad service. The apps and sushi were delivered, no chop sticks or soy sauce or the cups that hold the sauce were on the table. I had to get up myself and find the soy sauce after waiting 10 minutes and not seeing anyone to ask and then waited another 10 minutes for the chopsticks and bowls. We had to ask for water refills 3 times. I asked for an extra napkin and she forgot that as well. And waited for our bill for 20 minutes after we were done eating...again i guess the other 3 tables she had were more important since our tip was guaranteed with a party of 10. We also had to ask for to go boxes and she acted as if we inconvenienced her by asking. Won't be doing future birthday celebrations here anymore! Very disappointed.
