First world problem here but;Ordered 3 pizzas for next door for my wife and her co workers. Asked for delivery multiple times and even tipped 15$. Ordered around 8:40ish. At 9:18pm Asked my wife if she got it, she said no. I’m not kidding in saying it was going from Marcos to Right. Next. Door. I called Marcos and asked about the pizza. They said they had it right there. I asked about delivery and he said they had it marked for pickup even though I asked for delivery multiple times. Why would I tip you 15$ for me to pick it up?Customer service was nice. So was the delivery when she finally got it.However if I had not called, it would have been cancelled for non-pickup because they made a mistake on their end and my wife and her co-workers now have to speed eat. Next time just list back the main inductions man. It’s so easy.I know it’s not the end of the world (hence the 3 star rating) but still less than what should be expected of a place that deals with two constants all day (Delivery or PickUp/Takeout)

The website isn't being updated properly. A 13 minute wait time went to 45 minutes. The wait time is almost never accurate, but it's usually only a couple of minutes off. I worked at the number one Marco's in Michigan, so I know the rush, and we didn't have online orders, but will it really slow the crew down to update the time? I'm a realist. Maybe it will. Ask anonymously or do it yourself to get a real answer. Many people were annoyed. I'm having a good day so, meh.Edit: Went back in, and gave extra time. Pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. Was told 30 minutes this time. I get it's a very busy day, but your people need to have a ticket order and know how long it takes to get through these orders. There's an average time for orders, and my crew knew them. Your crew also needs to be able to remain calm with each other and move around less. More supporting each other, less ego. Less temper, even if customers are rude. People are only upset because their times weren't accurate. If someone needs to come up to the register to give a refund they should probably stay at the register. All star night isn't the night for training. Everyone should be in their strongest position and we can work on strengthening everyone else later.
I only went in to purchase Cheezy Bread. I Love oh my goodnes the Cheezy Bread. I simply backed in under a shady tree but when I went back out to my car, I had a flat tire, called my husband, sat patiently in my car waiting on him to come rescue me while I enjoyed my delicious Cheezy Bread. They were delicious as usual. The gentleman there was so nice and friendly. Thank you.

I order for my staff! With the coupons that I receive on line help reduce my cost. They really enjoyed the Pepperoni, Meat Lovers and Veggie.Vegetarian options: Was delicious pizza, wish it came with more veggies without having to add on.

The employee who greeted us was very nice. She even confirmed our order after confirming our order because it was carry out, she even helped another customer carry their pizzas to their car I call that quality
