One of the best experiences that I have had in a little while!! The staff was very sweet helpful and nice!! The barbecue was AWESOME it tasted so good. We got 2 whole lbs and it lasted all of an hour once I got it home!!!

I stood in the lobby and looked at the manager on duty for several minutes. She ignored me and the cook sat on the outside smoking a cigarette. I stood there awkwardly for about 15 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge me. When I decided to leave I expressed my disinterest to the Cook sitting on the curb. He proceeded to express his discern in an aggressive tone as if you were having a bad day. Did not order food or have any further interaction. This is a terrible look for the brand that I care about.

My problem with ONeil Ct is they have a big problem with giving extra sauce. It’s not like we want it for free we was willing to pay for it at that. I feel we shouldn’t get an attitude for asking. The food here is great but whoever that was working on Nov 11,2023 around 4-5pm on drive thru needs to find some kind of peace in her life or a new job where she’s happy at for real because fast food isn’t for her with that type of attitude
Food was good. Hash and rice is the best , brisket sandwich was good, meat was tender, hush puppy's were also good. Staff could use some southern hospitality and building could use a cleaning. This location is mostly drive thru but there are about 5 tables inside. When passing through you want to get out of the car occasionally. We usually eat at another location in the Columbia area but we were trying to avoid traffic. While there someone called to make a complaint and the employee was told "We must give everyone a receipt, incase of these issues"... We didn't get a receipt, so who's responsible in this case ?

I live 35 minutes from the closest Maurice's (this location),but every time I go it is absolutely worth the ride ? the food is amazing the staff is kind and polite the Sweet tea is amazing, the portions are

A regular normal order couldn’t be fulfilled! Then why are you in business if you don’t have normal stuff like chicken and sausage. Normal bbq items. Ridiculous.
Just ordered a BBQ chicken dinner & a 1/2 rack of ribs. The rude girl that took my order charged my card before telling me they were out of the ribs. I’m reluctant to visit this location in the future. Poor customer service. Wish the experience was better.

The dining area was closed due to staffing shortage, so the drive thru was the only option. I ordered 2 sandwiches, one bbq and one brisket. The window attendant insisted that I should order the basket as opposed to sandwiches only. I had to repeat the order more than twice, sandwiches only. For $18.00, I received 2 biscuit sized sandwiches with a dab of meat. The brisket sandwich held 3 small, dry pieces of brisket.I am beyond disappointed at the service I received as well as the quality of the BBQ.Piggie Park used to be one of the best. Now, it ranks with the worst.Perhaps this location is the exception. I don't know, but I won't be spending my hard earned money at Piggie Park again.Although I disagree with Mr. Bessinger's politics, he knew how to please his customers with pit cooked BBQ. He would roll in his grave if he could see the poor quality of food and service in 2023.

This location is trashy, squalid, and cramped. Staff is hostile, surly, rude, sarcastic, unprofessional. They get your order wrong then start an argument about it and try to blame it on the customer. Manager even disturbed me while I was eating to start an argument about the soda machine, said it was broken when it was working fine. If it was broken how come no sign on it? Whole gang of crazies running this place. Doesn't even feel safe. Never again.
