I had stopped by this restaurant from coming out out of town it’s this one specific employee that stood out to me he was pretty tall very nice smile he told me his name was Derrick. GREAT costumer service he greeted me when walked through the door also had a great attitude towards me and others customers when I was there very polite young man. Just wanted to take the time and write a reviews about this employee.

Placed my order online to be delivered. After submitting my order I realized I had entered the wrong address. I was in town on business and not familiar with the area at all. I called the Forest Ave store and spoke to a young gentleman by the name of Derek. He was extremely helpful and polite. He was able to fix my issue so my food would be delivered in a timely manner. You should be proud to have him as an employee! Awesome customer service!

The staff here work SO hard. I haven’t walked into an establishment and seen so many people (5-6 visible employees) moving endlessly for so long in a while. With that said, my terrible experience wasn’t their fault. It was the fault of whoever is not paying enough to hire enough people and whoever isn’t cutting up the fruit properly. My Reuben was not toasted, it basically sat on a grill until it was dried. The fruit in the fruit cup was cut up against the outside of the fruits, so most of it was inedible (tons of rough pineapple skin, hard outsides of the melons, etc), and the mac and cheese was like a soup. The noodles were significantly overcooked to mush and the cheese sauce was straight-up weird.And to top it off, this nasty lunch took 33 minutes to make from the time I ordered, but only 1 order would come out every 2-4 minutes. The order was 18 minutes later than the estimated serving time, so it’s not like I knew what to expect when I ordered online. I realized I made a mistake when I walked in and saw a cluster of customers waiting for their food. I wish I had cancelled my order and left, but now I know not to return.

Disgusting attitudes and atmosphere. Silverware is dirty. Servers get in trouble for giving you plastic instead of dirty utensils. Lead manager is hateful and never smiles. Orders consistently made wrong. Won't be returning

argh. I got wraps and fruit; the wraps were alright. although some were super sweet almost like sugar was in it? that wasn't my fav. the super downside was that some of the fruit was fuzzy n moldy. none if it tasted fresh.

I have been to this location before and service was great. NOT this time. I ordered from the app because the line was 6 deep! They had 4 to 5 people behind the counter and ONLY ONE on the register and she was doing peoples drinks also so it was taking FOREVER! They were out of cook spuds (which I ordered). They sent a young person to tell me it would be an hour for a potato. I said what do I do now, he said "I don't know, they just sent me to ell you we were out". I waited in the horrible line, got to someone and he said I could get something equivalent, of course I had to settle for a sandwich I really did not want! Then my husband did not get his chips I ordered and I had to go get them. This location needs work! We love Mccalister's but the service was HORRIBLE!
