I work at a facility for adults with special needs. My large group and I came to this McDonalds after a zoo trip. The costumer service here was absolutely fantastic, service was very quick even with 20+ orders, and the overall experience was just great.

Every time I've come here, the app hasn't worked, orders have been canceled, or the line wait is in excess of 20 minutes. Not busy, so not sure why they can't get it together.

Showed up at 12:30am (I know it's late, but hours say until 1:00am drive-thru. No answer. Nothing. 3 cars have left now who were also waiting.UPDATE: Tried to give this place another chance because I was on my way to drill this morning. This time, they weren't opened up when they were scheduled to be open after 6am.UPDATE 2: Another time and closed. How in the world does this business say open 24/7 and update that several weeks ago and STILL is closed after hours???

Not 24 hours as posted on both here and on the McDonald's website. Have tried multiple times and at best they are open until 11pm.
Really bad experience today that lady she's having attitude taking orders on drive thru in the morning. Manager need to train/coach this associate how to work on drive thru to do better and stop being rude on customers. I love this store. Just the service of that lady on drive thru turned me off.

Big Mac was good as always. Chicken Sandwich had barely any lettuce on it, nothing like in the photo. Would have ordered additional lettuce if had known beforehand. Disappointed that McDonald’s no longer offers salads, not even a side salad.
