They are supposed to be 24 hours now but everytime I go there after I get off at 2 am no one answers the speaker or they say the system is updating. I then drive a couple miles down the road to McDonald's on Clemson Rd and they are up amd running with no issues. Killian McDonald's needs to do a lot better.

This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. I guess this is they way of the future. No service and at the mercy of a machine. After finally getting two breakfast sandwiches from a lady behind the counter that might as well have been a robot we left. There were 2 people up front that never even looked up or spoke except to bark out order numbers. Will not go back .?

My order was wrong. Ordered a 6 pc nugget meal. Got a 4 pc happy meal. Got to the window they took forever to resolve it. Pulled over checked the bag, 4 pc still in the bag. Had to go inside, and the young lady at the front fixed it for me.

The sandwich was mushy and not hot, it's been a long time since I went inside. Had to use a touch screen to order. Could not get anyone to come to the register to take our order. Customer service is dead. Will not be going back!!!@@##$%&*

Great breakfast here (both breakfast sandwiches & oatmeal). Friendly & helpful staff. Nice design in dining room. We haven't seen this type seating in a McDonalds before. Only complaint is price of sodas. I prefer the option that some McDonalds offers where it's the same price for all 3 sizes. At this McDonalds, the large was roughly $2.79 before tax. McDonalds sodas are getting way too pricey.

Spend a little more and go to the Chick-fil-A across the street, you'll get attended with a better attitude and the food is going to actually be warm.
