I eat here regularly, sometimes lunch, mostly dinner. Today I stopped in for brunch and I wasn't disappointed yet again! MJs has a really good family atmosphere and a laid back older crowd. All the staff here are amazing and do a really great job. If you are ever in the Lake Carolina area, I would really advise you to drop by!Kid-friendliness: A really good sized kid menu

I've tried 3 or 4 times over the last 2 months to place online orders. Every time I have they either don't go through or they get canceled.This time I ordered through grub hub and the pick up time got delayed by 20 minutes.When I went to pick up the food (way after the pick up time) they told me they hadn't even sent it to the kitchen to be made yet.I understand being busy but why offer online ordering if you aren't equipped for it?It's an inconvenience to the customer.My time was absolutely wasted just for us to end up eating else where.The food's usually good, but not worth the hassle. Definitely don't recommend bringing young children here during peak hours.Kid-friendliness: NOT kid friendly.My daughter was run into/stepped on by multiple adults because the place was so packed. You couldn't even get through the front door.I had to yell just so people could hear me to move out the way.

Me and my coworker ordered burger meals from here. The burgers were good but the 5-6 sweet potato fries I received was shocking. So I paid over $15 for a burger and less than a handful of fries??? Then they seemed shocked that we questioned it. It was my first time eating from here & sadly I won’t return.

Everything was burnt,wish I would have took a picture but I left my phone in the car,onion rings were burnt burgers were burnt and the lettuce was about the size of a silver dollar,I think it was the dead center of the lettuce..my sister got fries,cold she had to send them back.. McDonald's is better than that high dollar place...sad but true!!!

Came in around 6:45-7:00p Halloween night wasn’t that busy greeted by a lady eventually took our drink order we asked if we could order also since it was taking a while already she said she wasn’t our server just helping out. We ordered a little while after. 2 orders of fish and chips and burger. Burger was cooked BUT the fish was not even cooked . Fish came out said he would bring fries after they were cooked . The fish was two pieces fried together . I pulled them apart and the batter wasn’t even cooked it was still wet. I wiped it off no big deal cut into it and the fish was not even warm inside and gray meaning not cooked . I messed around with the other piece same thing . Fries came out which were hot and fresh BUT even those weren’t cooked all the way though . The sweet tea was the only thing that was consumable . Been here a few times never been impressed. Luckily it’s convenient to the neighborhood as that’s why keeps it in business. This place wouldn’t last outside the neighborhood.

Walked in and was passed up by two different servers. Grabbed a menu myself for a to go order, was told to go to the bar to order after flagging a server down. Nobody met me at the bar for another 10 minutes I walked to the back to ask if I would place a order. The server then rolled her eyes as she took my order. Too much disrespect for the quality and price of their food. Better off driving out of Lake Carolina and spending your money with people who respect you and your time. Burger was dry and missing items.

Service was very poor today I live across the street normally a girl works that is sweet a male took a customer behind me before me and then threw the receipt in front of me 0/10 will not be back at night time

Stopped here while house hunting in Columbia SC area.Good food. Sidewalk seating and dog friendly. The best thing happened there, I left my purse with literally all my credit cards,ID, & cash, and it was turned in and held for me to pick up. Not one thing missing. I could not have been more thankful that they had good and honest people working there!
