Ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago. They messed up the order. went right back in to tell them that they have made my order wrong. The manager got an attitude with me. The remade the order or I thought they did. They gave me back the same pizza I gave them with the toppings picked off. They added a sprinkle more cheese and rebaked it. So this was a $24 rebaked pizza that had toppings on it that I don't eat that they just picked off. Would not recommend to anyone.

This is seriously the best NY pizza I have had in Columbia. Living in NY for years and moving home to SC gave me a serious itch for pizza. Some reviews talk about service. They were very polite. Someone mentioned the lady behind the register not handing the pie over....that's not a big deal to me. They don't do it alot in NY either if they are busy. This family hails from Westchester County which is right outside the city. Lots of people who work in the city live there. So let's talk pie. This was straight up NY pizza. Thin chewy crust. I got plain because honestly it is the best way to judge pizza. True NY pizza should pass the fold test. (Fold in half and not have the tip flop down). It passed (see pic). Then the cheese test. The cheese should pull a bit when you bite...but not slide off or make you feel like a stringy mess. Perfect cheese pull. And sauce....the sauce should be simple. Crushed tomatoes, a little salt, some garlic and oregano. Nothing jazzy. You want jazzy...get what is called a grandma slice (or pie). So what can I say...I loved it. If you like a thicker crust...like pan pizza...try a Sicilian. I swear I would love them even more if they had a chicken franchese slice. Maybe they can start making bagels too. ;-)

Worst pizza I have ever eaten. Think dry card board with salt on it. I ordered chicken parmigiana pizza. You would think there would be sauce on it, there was very little. The cheese was dry and there wasn't much of it in the pie either. To top it off, the pizza was expensive, $20 for a medium. I will not order here again.

Never open when they say they are. Best pizza in town but doesn’t do any good if I can’t get it.

Without a doubt the best restaurant in the state of South Carolina. Best pizza south of New Jersey.

Nicky's has some of the most authentic Italian food you will find in Columbia. Low cost, but high quality. Reminds me of comfort food from back home in NJ. Highly recommended the meatball parm or even just a plain slice!

The owner and staff are rude. Pizza is ok, but there a ton of better options in the area.. don't waste your time going here.

Excellent. I am from NY. Others are excellent. Nikki's is worth the 20 mile drive for a slice.

Not following COVID protocols. 50% of staff inside had no masks on. One person only put a mask on AFTER we entered the restaurant to pick up a pizza and a salad. Not feeling great about eating food that was prepared and packaged by unmasked people during a pandemic. Salad was disappointing. Pizza was OK but not good enough to make me come back. I'd rather go somewhere cleaner where people are wearing masks.

I had a hankering for some NY pizza. It was perfect I was going to get more today, a full pie for my family, but they were closed on Monday

We always enjoy our Large Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza every Friday evening! Totally “New York style pizza” in our books. Haven’t found anything better for hundred of miles near.
