The service was terrible. After being seated, it took almost an hour to get our pizza and then another 25 minutes on top of that before they brought my 8 year old daughter's pasta. Our primary server was incompetent, and the other one was just plain rude. It was a disaster. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The food was okay, but not great.

We are in Columbia for a convention and decided to give this place a try. We were seated outside immediately and our waitress was very nice, but after we ordered an individual speciality pizza (no cheese) and chicken nachos, we waited for 45 minutes and then asked about food because we still had not received our order. The food had not arrived, but those beside us were seated, reveived their order, paid and left, but we were still waiting. We were told by our waitress that the hold up was the nachos being made?. After another 5 minutes our food came out, but the pizza was cold, hard and some of the slices had nothing on them (just the crust) and the nachos had no chicken. We spoke to a manager who was very nice and we were told that the pizza shouldn't look that way, the nacho order was put in wrong and took so long because they had to make chips for the nachos after running out. We weren't initially told not having chips was the cause for the long wait, but we understood and opted to not eat, left a tip and that was our experience. We were a little disappointed and still hungry, but this was probably an off day for them. Maybe we'll try again another time if we are ever in town.

My husband got nine wings. Five hot and four with a rub that the waitress recommended. He loved the rub better than his hot wings which is all he ever eats. I got the lunch special, salad, individual pizza and drink. The only thing that disappointed me was, there was no onion in the salad but that won't deter us from going back. The food was very good as was the service.

I ordered online the Italian nachos and the trio like I always do, but for some reason this time again for the second time you guys gave me corn chips instead of the pasta chips that make it an Italian nacho. The toppings were melted to the bottom of the box, stuck to the plastic sheet on top of the chips, this is totally unacceptable. If you guys do not have food in stock, you should not sell and try. You have lost a lifetime customer because of your actions and you guys weren’t even remorseful nor did you offer anything to correct the amount of time and effort that was wasted and then the person that was trying to help me out they act like oh that’s the way that it comes like that’s a lie come on you guys have lost your soul compromise if you don’t have something in stock, we can’t sell this. Don’t try to mask it and think that somebody’s gonna but I’m just hungry enough to eat it. I’m gonna ignore the fact of the toppings are melted to the plastic and the chips are corn like come on. Would you feed that to your Mother, would you give her corn chips everybody beware if you like Italian not so they don’t have Italian nachos no more they give you white corn chips that are like the ones are Mexican nachos.

OKAY so it's spring break decide to take my son for pizza ? let's start with the drinks we order water thinking u can't mess that up right wrong water tasted like it came straight from the kitchen sink I took two sips and said oh no....I order wings garlic dry rub wings 5 PC well it was under cooked .Second red flag I order my son small chesse pizza for me pepperoni and sausage ..Ok it took 1hr 30mins for my son to get his chesse pizza and another 15mins fo my pan pizza so it was a total 1h rand 45mins for our food and this is on a Saturday we walked in at 2:45pm so no they was not busy at all....and yes on top of that my pizza was burnt ...So u can imagine how upset and disappointed I was...I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone don't water your time or money it's other restaurant in the area that's alot better ?Learn from my mistakes please

The server was delightful. If pizza is going to be your thing, you should make better pizza.
The food and especially the service was tremendous. I have just one gripe.We sat at 630 when the sun was low on the western horizon and shone VERY brightly into the dining room.The hostess very wisely warned us that the only open tables were in the sun, and that it wouldn't be pleasant to sit there. We were hungry, and in a hurry, so disregarded her warning and sat there. It was pretty miserable. I'm hesitant to ding them since they warned us, but the reality is a $150 hunter Douglas blind on the patio doors is all that's needed to address this situation. Please consider this very minor improvement

Came from out of town (North Augusta) and stopped in for lunch. Atmosphere was good however we waited 2hrs for our lunch. The server kept saying our burgers were coming out momentarily. Jeff, the Manager finally came and said he was sorry they had burned the burgers and they were fixing more. After another 30 minutes we finally got them. The burgers were OK but the buns were old and hard. We were pressed for time at this point so we took what was given. The bill was supposed to be reduced per Jeff, but when we got home we noticed it had not been.Would not recommend this restaurant to go in for a good meal.

First they pushed me to sit outside with my service dog, then they accepted us inside , because it was actually cold. Then they brought a salad with a dressing after Specifically told them about my allergies, but the waitress didn’t hear and blamed it on me not telling her in advance, then the wait for the service was way too long that I had to take boxes to go. And the food wasn’t even tasty.
