This place smells…I can’t be the only one who smells the old carpet and trash. Also, the manager is power-tripping. I heard him firing a kid for opening the door??? Sounds like you should fire yourself for lack of training. He said was only there for a week…HOW DO YOU FIRE SOMEONE BRAND NEW for this? Sounds like a training issue and poor management. New manager horrible. I hate seeing kids that find jobs and stay out of trouble treated poorly. I won’t be returning. You need a deep clean too.

15 yrs going to this location so disappointing calamari sent back twice, eggplant mushy with too much sauce. Pasta under cooked, sauce bitter. Last week 1 customer at bar, few in restaurant yet waited 20 minutes to be seated. Has NEVER been this bad. New managers not doing good job.

Came here for dinner. They said they ran out of meat sauce this morning. Italian restaurant. No meat sauce. Enough said!

Originally tried to place my order online through the website. Didn't work but it hit my payment method but no confirmation number or email. I had to call the restaurant and it took a couple tries to get the to-go area. Once I did, easily placed my order and got a confirmation text. At the restaurant, Javier the general manager, assured me there wouldn't be a double charge. I appreciated his concern and care as I had an emotional moment. He made sure I was comfortable as I regained my composure. Thank you ?Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, wheelchair ramps.

Me and my family came to Olive Garden a two weeks ago for dinner. Our server was nice, but here’s where the problem began. I ordered a pizza for my daughter off the kids menu after placing our order and our food coming to the table. Our server comes back and tells us that the kitchen no longer has pizza that they’re only have chicken tenders. I was a little upset that she waited so long to let us know about this, but no problem. I understand let’s get the chicken tenders for my daughter Later, she comes back to tell me that they don’t have any chicken tenders, but they’re making a pizza for my daughter, but this time me and my husband are both done with our food and wanting the check to leave . Also I didn’t receive the side of broccoli that I ordered till we were done with our meal and once I received it, it was cold as ice. also, the ravioli that I ordered from my son came out cold, but at this point, I didn’t want any more issues. I just wanted to leave. She told me the manager was coming to speak with us about this issue. The Manager never came and never talk to us about the issue the server however, thought that it was a good idea to tell us that all the Manager is doing is sitting in his office on the phone, so I don’t understand why he can’t come out , on top of that there was another server who had hair all way down to her ankles I am serious. Her hair was way down to her ankles that cannot be sanitary to work in a restaurant in and out of the kitchen without a hairnet . hair could’ve gotten in the food or anything could’ve happened . Needless to say I did not have a great experience at Olive Garden.

Our server was great. He was very accommodating. The portions were huge. The food was delicious. It was busy... I can see why.Vegetarian options: Eggplant parm was spectacularKid-friendliness: Good options for kids. Grapes as a side dish is unique. My daughterndidnt love the pizza sauce but I ate her leftovers lol.Beware there is a tablet thing on the table irresistible to kids with an associated cost for use.... the server was kind to remove charges as it would have otherwise been a battle to keep them off.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Olive Garden. I called earlier in the day to ensure there would be little to no issues with the reservation of a table for 20 later on that day. Several hours prior to our arrival, I received a text from the restaurant’s phone service with a check-in link. Once we arrived, roughly 15 minutes before our original check-in time, I used the link to reserve our place in line. Unbeknownst to me, the restaurant also requires you to check-in at the front desk upon arrival. That information is not stated anywhere on their website or in the text message. Roughly 30 minutes after check-in, I spoke to the ladies at the hostess stand and they informed me that it would be another 25-35 minutes before we could be seated. We were not. I checked again about 35 minutes after that and was told that because we had such a large party it would take longer to seat us. At this point we had been there for roughly an hour. I then asked if we could be seated with the 10 people that were there and was told it would take another 5-10 minutes to seat us. It took another 30 minutes. When we asked to speak to the manager he blamed the long wait on my failure to check-in, despite there being no information stating that we had to. During this time, they sat several large parties ahead of us. The food was mediocre, which is to be expected for Olive Garden and the overall service was meh at best because the servers are extremely overwhelmed. Your best option for Olive Garden is to order ahead, stop by and pick it up, and eat it at home in your pjs. Anything else is an absolute waste of time.
