We were given a gift card and used for our Sunday brunch. We sat in the bar area, and our server was ?! The food was prepared just as we requested. It had been a long time since we last visited Outback, and we had a wonderful time.

Dinner was exceptional this evening! We received great service from our waiter, Cameron and Mike checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our dinner. Everything was very good from the food to our service.
Such a waste of money. Food was awful, service was lacking and the restaurant smelled like mildew. Sad to see just how much it's deteriorated over the years.

The food here was excellent. Hot, fresh and delicious. No complaints thereAlso, we got everything we asked for. But, our server was so transparent about the fact that he wasn't happy at all waiting our table. I seldom have ever had a server who was so obviously not happy that we were there. I think if we had been a table of 6 he might have acted differently. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect a server to fall all over us because we chose to eat at Outbavk. But my husband had been outside during my initial contact with the server and when he came back he picked up on it right away without me saying a word. He said it looks like an imposition that he has to wait on us. Yes. It seemed so. Just a heads up for the manager. We go to outback s lot at home and are not met with this attitude. Just a word to the wise even if your table is only two people and they aren't ordering everything on the menu, please don't let them feel like you wish they had gone elsewhere.

The 6oz filet was cooked as ask ( medium rare) and tasted good. Didn’t resemble the picture on menu at all. The salmon was okay, a little overcooked. Broccoli totally overcooked and mushy. Service friendly and efficient. Atmosphere rarer impersonal. There are not a lot of options In that area. Still would try a different place next time.

Enjoyed the conversations as well as the dispute about turning off Inside Edition, bc it was Not real news ?? Went to Jeopardy, can't go wrong with that lol!!! ?
First time here had to wait 15 minutes just to get a table and didn’t seem to be busy on this Sunday. After waiting which wasn’t really a problem we was brought to our table, were we waited another 10 minutes before the waiter even came by just to say I’ll be right back. Waited another 5 minutes until I heard a manger behind me fixing another problem so I asked him when is are waiter cling back, he replied she’s getting you stuff and walked, in my mind how can she be getting my stuff when I never even order anything? So waited another 5 minutes until eventually getting up and leaving. I talked to the manger again letting him know I’m leaving because I’ve waited so long all he can say is OK and walk away as he did I asked for his name Ketrell I believe that’s how you spell it has poor customer service. I was actually a manager for Outback Steak house and other blooming brands and would have handle this differently, he definitely needs more training!

I'm very disappointed. Short on servers so service suffered and the food was overcooked. The bathroom was dirty and smelled. Sorry Outback ?
Service was very terrible. Waitress acted like she didn’t want to service our table even though we were apart of a big party. Didn’t clear off the table until we had to ASK AFTER our food was already there. Laughed when we asked for the table to be cleared and didn’t want to refill our drinks. When we tried to get the check another server threw his hand up and when we stated that we didn’t appreciate him throwing his hand up he stated he “was busy and had stuff to do”. We had one good waitress and didnt get her name but otherwise it was terrible service. It’s been about 40 minutes and we still haven’t received our check. I’ve had better service at applebees.

My family came into the Outback on Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC last Saturday for an Easter celebration. We waited 30 minutes to get seated which was fine, and received our drinks in ample time. We decided to go ahead and order our appetizer first so it wouldn't come when our main meal came. The appetizer was slow getting to us, however, we enjoyed it nonetheless. We completed the appetizer and was sitting and waiting on our main course for over an hour. When we advised the Manager he said that we had been given priority on getting our meal and it would be out soon. We waited and waited and noticed the Manager who had told us that was in the corner conversing with a female and not worried about our meal at all. So, we asked an Assistant Manger to help and he put our meal on priority also. We eventually got out food, however, when it did come out the steak and potatoes were cold. We decided to put everything in a to go box and leave. The Assistant Manager was good enough to give us a discount, however, that did not make up for the 2 hours we spent waiting for food. I am sorry to say we will never come back and we will tell everyone we know to stay away. Our waitress did acknowledge in the end she did not put out meal in the system. I wish you could get everything together. It is not fair to the franchise to have such poor service.

Haven't eaten at Outback in a while. So went to see if they had anything new and appealing on their menu. I couldn't decide between the Alice Springs Chicken (which is always an easy go to), the chicken is fresh, and it's a great combination with the sauce, bacon, mushrooms and cheese. All favorites of mine. I ended up ordered the Toowoomba Salmon with shrimp, mushrooms and a cream sauce. My two sides were rice and broccoli. It was a pretty good meal. The salmon was cooked well and the sauce wasn't overbearing with the shrimp and mushrooms. I would order that again. My friend ordered the Surf and Turf with the filet medium well. The sides were a house salad and mashed potatoes. Steak and lobster were good, but the review of the potatoes was not good. Not sure how you can mess up potatoes, but salt was continuously added to no avail. Overall, 4 out 5 stars.
