The employee working the register turned away when I walked up to order and stood with his back turned and ignored me seemingly on purpose. Another employee saw me being ignored and walked over and took my order instead. I guess the employee was racist and didn't want to serve me because I'm white? Not sure what his problem was.

My lunch experience here was great today. The process is quick, easy, and comfortable. Also my food came rather quickly and was equally as delicious. Highly suggested.
I have eaten at this location several times, and each time I've found the food and the service to be very good, and the prices are fair. I miss the Cali Club sandwich, though; I'd like to see that one brought back.

I honestly didn't expect anyone to respond, so I didn't go into detail. Since I have your attention, here was my latest experience. Everything usually goes well until last night:On Friday, October 20th after 7:30 pm, I used the drive-thru. Everything was fine when I placed my order; I ordered a salad with no cucumbers amongst many other things. I'm a frequent customer. I get to the 2nd window to pick up my order, and a heavy-set, black woman with long braids was conversing with her coworker.First she handed me one drink, and went back to bag the food. The coworker made mention that my salad came without cucumbers and the worker stated, "girl bye". The coworker looked directly at me and giggled. I get my food and I still didn't get my second drink. I had to sit there, wave her back over, and ask for my second drink. I get home and she did not remove the cucumbers. It's evident to me she didn't feel like it and dismissed my request even when brought to her attention. She was so dry and not even courteous. I will never return to this establishment after this experience. If your workers can't even remove cucumbers, not dismiss requests, and give a basic hello, then why do I need to keep giving this establishment my money? I would've taken it better if she didnt flat out say she wasn't going to remove the cucumbers. I guess its back to Zaxbys I go.
