I ordered 10 toppings for 12$. On the app. My order was to be ready at 9:55. When I pulled up I was the only customer. The inside was already closed. A car pulls up. 2 employees came from the back. And let a crowd of people in. They were laughing and playing. The lady came to me and said my pizza was burnt and stuck to the pan. She ask me to pull up. And I waited 25 minutes more to get a cold pizza not made the way I requested. By the time I left there were 4 more cars pulled up food not ready. A guy who didn’t look like he worked there brought me my food. I left and thrown it away. Couldn’t trust what was really going on.

I stopped by a Pizza Hut on Devine St this place makes Ang type of pizzaIncluding my favorite pizza with hand tossed crust. Then I asked for 2-toppings mushrooms and a drizzle of olive oil. Ordered through the app for curbside pick up. When I arrive, there was a note on the door to use the drive-through. At the drive-through, I was behind another car and probably sat there about five or six minutes with nobody moving. I then got out of line and went to the front door which was locked with a sign that said, please use drive-through. I could see employees sitting inside, eating lunch, and laughing, probably at me, while I banged on the door. Finally someone came to the door, and I told her that I was notified my food was ready and I was there to get it. The food was produced a few minutes later. It was hot and fresh but the bottom was not cooked enough, as I had requested.Parking: This location is on a tiny piece of land at the corner of two busy streets. It’s a little tight getting in and out.

It's a chain restaurant, you know 6hr deal you either like Pizza Hut or you don't. I don't mind pizza hut from time to time. I do love this new location on Forest Drive! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Every order I've gittne had been spot on with everything. Hot. Fresh. Cheesy. Greasy delight.

Upon arrival, the doors were locked and no one was with sight but I figured they were in the bathroom. A guy came from the back, opened the door, stated he was by himself and to place the order via drive-thru, even though I saw a girl inside the store with him. The drive- thru line had about 3 cars ahead of me, so I called to place my order over the phone. My order was complete at 12:18pm, I was advised my food would be finished by 12:33. I left to run an errand and returned at 12:43. I pulled up to the drive-thru window, where I waited for a few mins for the girl to come answer the window. She then asked my name and my order. Then, closed the window as if she was going to get my food. I waited until about 12:50pm, so I went inside to see what the delay was. The girl asked the guy if my order was ready and called out my order. He said it was coming out of the oven. The guy then came to the front asked for my order, I told him my order was placed over the phone for a personal pan pizza. He then told me he would have to put my order back in. I said why, it’s not ready. He replied no, so I said don’t worry about it and walked out.This isn’t the first time this has happen at this same Pizza Hut upon picking up pizza.I was late returning to work from lunch because I had to go somewhere else to get something to eat because they couldn’t have a personal pan ready with that 45 mins even though when I called corp back they said my order was ready which was NOT CORRECT.I could have taken a simple phone call to let me know that the idiots in the store didn’t have my pizza ready.
This was my 1st time at this new location. The staff was very friendly and my wait time was not long. My pizza was hot and fresh. Something I discovered when visiting, this location has a drive through for express pickup when you order ahead. Very convenient option not usually seen at Pizza Hut. My family and I will definitely be back.

I'm telling you, Pizza Hut has hired the WORST cooks, the WORST service staff, THE WORST EMPLOYEES ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. This has been a warning, do NOT EAT HERE. The guy will rub his face and mouth continuously without washing his hands and then serve you your food. The PIZZA WILL BE DRY WITH ONE PEPPERONI PER SLICE and it will be $15 per pizza for cheese and bread because there will be NO SAUCE. I write this for those that go and ignore me, so they can go write a review that will back this up.

The food was absolutely delicious!! I ordered the big dinner box as I always do, two pizzas, breadsticks and pasta. It was cooked perfectly! I ordered on 12/30/23 a Saturday evening. Who ever made my pizza and breadsticks needs a raise. I will definitely be returning. And only to this location.

I placed an online order at 10:48am to be picked up at 12:30pm. When I arrived at 2400 Forest Dr. at 12:30, I was very nicely informed that my online order has not been fulfilled because I specified "hand-tossed crust" that this store cannot do. I changed my crust to thin, and the store then began to prepare my order. I got my pizza at 12:50pm. Employees at this store were both professional and courteous, however why was I not called( telephone # was on the order) before I arrived there about having to choose a different crust?
