Order wings thru the drive thru. I did not receive my sides. The wings were horrible. The presentation of the wings was terrible but you charge me$10.00 for 6 wings which was supposed to be a dinner. They don’t answer. The phone goes directly to voicemail. Will not be returning there.

Ugh…where do I start with this place? Knew I should’ve left immediately as I see the kitchen filled with smoke. Customer service was horrible. Out of coke slaw, out of iced tea. Order came out wrong. Portion sizes were small. Will never come back here again. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

This is the second time within 1 month my order was Incorrect. I Paid for and the dine for 2 Which was supposed to include 6 wings, 2 chicken tenders, 2 sides, 2 biscuits. Instead I received 4 chicken wings.A bunch fries, no tenders and five biscuits... I thought I didn't have to check My order before I left but now I have to... no trust...At all!!!

Mobile Order.Was told I have to come inside to get food when mobile order was made in drive thru.Manager at window had very low hygiene was not shaved.Health hazard of hair.Secondly they all had attitudes accept the one employee who remained quiet.They became very aggressive due to me wanting to cancel order being as though I'm disabled.There was another employee out of uniform inciting a fight and the manager had no type of control or incentive to stop escalation of drama.Lobby wasn't stocked to accommodate guest that's where the issue began due to the lack of training.No one had on gloves handling food items.

Awful service. Everytime I come to this specific location the food is not prepared right and the drive thru team is one of the worse I’ve ever seen. Killian location is way better.
The chicken sandwich is huge and more moist than Bojangles but Chick fil a is just as good with much fewer calories.

Came here with my family thru the drive thru. Ordered for 5 ppl. 5 meals. Everything seems to be fine until we get bombarded with drinks and food before we can breathe. Normally that's a good thing, but the food was cold, sides are missing, my child's sandwich is missing & I spent $75 for ppl to be sharing off their plates for my child. I tried to call 4 times and it went to voicemail each time. It's not far from Me but to return, get it and come back and eat, my food would be cold! It would've been $15 Dollars cheaper if they would've included what was asked/what I was charged for.Simple. Basic. OTs are only there for a paycheck.Only thing I can't complain about is the food. The food is great. I just wish it was right.Parking: About 10 spots, traced around the outer parking lot.
