Went for Taco Mondays. Great price, and tasty tacos. Trio chips came out stale and salsa and guac was mid.Service left much to be desired and was slow. Host was passive aggressive when we requested outdoor seating and waitress was friendly but seemed to be stretched thin covering too many tables. Drinks took very long time to come out, over 10-minutes at a time for bottled beer.The location and atmosphere are great. The patio is very comfortable and enjoyable to be on.Would definitely come back for quality of tacos and hope poor service was just an off night.

I placed an order online and was told it would be ready at 12:20pm but It wasn’t ready until 1:00. So of course I went well over my 30 minute lunch break. When I got back to the office I didn’t have any condiments or the aioli that I paid for. I ordered the diy chicken sandwich and 1 taco. Food was hot but mid and I’m sure the sauce would have made it taste better. Customer service was good. I’ll try again if I have more time to wait and would rather in inside.

I wasn’t planning on leaving a review, but tonight’s service was just so great. Shelby, our server at the Bull St. location, checked on us a ton, suggested great things, was knowledgeable of the menu, & answered all of our questions, was SO kind and sweet, which makes you feel like it’s not just a transaction. That is so appreciated. I felt like I was talking to a girl friend! It started drizzling outside and we just wanted to wrap it up and go home, but she quickly accommodated us to go inside so we could still enjoy ourselves. I think this is going to be my weekly Sunday spot with my friend and my dog, and will be asking for Shelby each time. Also, shoutout to the other servers, I didn’t catch their names, who went out of their way to turn the heaters outside for us when it got a bit chilly.Vegetarian options: Great backup options to the things already on the menu, so you’re not confined to just a salad.Dietary restrictions: My friend is gluten & dairy free and Shelby was super accommodating & made sure to suggest great dishes for those!

Went with a party of 4, was sat around 7:45. Did not get our food until 9:15. Server was extremely friendly and apologetic for the wait. When the food came out, I ate my tacos and immediately got ill - I threw up (had to leave the restaurant quickly) within 10 minutes of consuming. Thought the wait staff was wonderful, I suspect food safety standards in the kitchen is off.

We enjoyed everything about our experience at Publico. The manager, Sarah, made us feel right at home and accommodated our large party as well as the high chair for the baby. Our waitress and her helpers were amazing, too. We do appreciate our waitress taking a picture of our party. Everyone there was very helpful and amazing.

Service was pretty bad but so very friendly so I'm over looking how long it took to get drinks while the bar tender was checking his phone. Staff seemed to disappear for long periods of time. But maybe there was a large party in back. The food was very good and staff was very kind and willing to put stuff on the side and bring extra salsa.
These 5 stars are for the wonderful waitress Kathryn Tr. who serviced myself and my group of friends during the holiday pop-up. Our visit to this location started off pretty unpleasant, but Kathryn smile and wonderful personality turned our night around! Also she’s a fellow Virgo so we vibed well. She deserves all of the accolades and praises. Thanks Kat!!

PROS- Pop-up holiday bar option- Extended hours- Indoor and outdoor seating- Variety of house-made hot saucesCONS- Extremely slow and disorganized service over 1.5 hours with multiple servers and wrong orders- No designated host/hostess- Lack of taste in chip dip trio- Creepy Grinch- Missing ingredients in holiday drinks: I ordered the Marshmallows & Unicorns, and it was clearly missing the egg whites- Overpriced tacos that were inconsistently filledTIPS- Bring cash to cash and dash if needed. It took the server over 20 minutes to give us the bill

The Christmas atmosphere was so much fun along with the specialty cocktails made a fun time.The VIP doggie menu is original, we got the turkey. The staff was ready to explain everything from drinks to dogs. The service was fast and accurate, not intrusive. Conversation, music, fun cocktails & laughter.
