Don't ever come here. The lady at the front put my order in before I paid and I was changing my mind about a few things on my order. And said "hurry up" with an attitude because she has to tell the kitchen to stop making whatever I was ordering. Bet not ever in your life talk to a customer like that.

Hostess was less than friendly. Not one napkin given, and the hostess rudely removed the toy chopsticks off the counter when my son touched one and said with excitement "mom look red Pikachu." I was going to buy one but after she snatched it off the counter I decided NOT! And I won't be back!

I HATE picking up doordash orders from here. The people at the front counter always act as if I am an inconvenience to them.I walked in today & there were 3 people at the front counter. One was on the phone & the other two were just talking to each other. Neither of them acknowledged I was even there when I walked up to the counter, continued speaking to each other, and then BOTH turned their back & walked away from me entirely. A few minutes later one came back, spoke to me as if I’d just walked in & not been standing at the counter while she ignored me, and then spoke over me as I was just trying to tell her the name for my order. After I repeated myself 3 times, she dropped the bag on the counter in front of me, and just spoke at me “confirm pickup”. At that point, I’d felt so unheard & like I wasn’t a person that I just grabbed the bag and went to walk away out of that environment that was making me increasingly uncomfortable. She then took it upon herself to YELL at me, in front of quite a large group of people waiting to eat, “I SAID HIT CONFIRM PICKUP”It wasn’t even my food, so I couldnt ask for anything in compensation if I wanted to because I was there for someone else. Not okay.

After a bad experience, at another restaurant, we decided to give Red Bull our business. We had a wonderful time of food, and the service by a lady by the name of Elizabeth was phenomenal. She was very attended very friendly, and took very good care of us. We get to have a bad experience at Red Bull. This is our go to place.

taste: vegetable poststickers were good. eggdrop soup was good. stir fry bar tofu with vegetables in garlic sauce was great (hint of sweetness to it so not too salty or too sweet) vegetable fried rice was good not the best. service: okay. our server while taking order was looking to next table to pick up left over plates. while i am ordering, she asked for which sauce we want and i asked my hubby and that's it she immediately said she will be back in a second, left our table in midst of placing order and returned after 5'. never experienced such weird behavior before. we were to share our entree so we needed 2 big plates to split. we do this in every restaurant. only at red bowl she brought out 1 plate saying they ran out of plates while the restaurant wasn't even full..! there were empty tables and which restaurant does not keep enough plates! other than that food was good.

My server was great! I found bugs in my salad, which was pretty disgusting. He then took my bento box away and basically replaced the salad with more lettuce that has bugs. I am so disappointed. This restaurant was one of my favorites in the area. The worst part of this is the fact that they only took 20% off my meal. Never again. Stay away from this restaurant.
