Worst red lobster I’ve ever eaten at. Took about an hour to get food that I didn’t even order. If I could give a zero star I would.

Not happy with our experience. We didn’t get straws or silverware and servers didn’t seem to notice until we pointed it out. In my group of four, two of us ordered starters as our meal and made it clear that would be our main. They were brought out as appetizers and placed in the middle of the table. It was another 15-20 min after this that we got our biscuits. We ended up with two members of our group being done with our meals while the other two were still waiting for theirs. Waitress kept disappearing for long amounts of time and we couldn’t see her anywhere in the restaurant. Waiters and waitresses were visibly stressed. Several times our waitress walked past our table while asking “you okay?” and not giving us a chance to respond before moving on.We had initially planned on getting dessert but after waiting for 20-30 min after our last two had finished eating and still no sign of our waitress, we decided to just pay and leave.

After waiting for 45 minutes for an appetizer I ask waitress about it. Her response was um I'm not sure but I'll check on it. I told her not to worry just take it off ticket as our food would soon be out. Our food arrived a few minutes later very cold. I spoke to manager Lee and he said they would remake it but it would be awhile because the kitchen was backed up. This is at 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon, they were not packed at all. When we got our drinks after a 15 minute wait they were wrong. We left after wasting an hour and ended up eating somewhere else. We won't be back

Tables not cleaned super sticky, party of 7 and food brought out with our sides. Steak was not cook properly. Salmon was fried when asked for grilled. Place was under staff. Waitress kept apologizing but management should have stepped in. Horrible.

Came in for my birthday dinner tonight (03/30) at around 7pm and got some of the worst service we have had in a very long time. My entire family has worked food service before and we were all disappointed from start to finish. The host had no clue what they were doing. Kids who had no idea how to host with no help. Took 5 min to get greeted, 10 min later we finally got greeted and we gave him our whole order. Drinks, apps and entrees. Took an additional 10 min for drinks to come out, Took another 10 min from then for my alcoholic drinks to come out and im pretty sure it was handed to me by someone under the age of 21. Which is illegal. Our meals came out before our salads and soup.... the food was decent. Nothing special. But not bad. Found out after we finished our meals that they were out of clam chowder...probably weren't out when it was initially ordered. Our server never checks on us for refills, to ask if everything was good, if we needed anything? Absolutely ridiculous. And the manager was just standing at the front and occasionally walled the dining room without interacting with staff or guest. This entire store needs to be retrained. Red lobster should be ashamed of the service they're giving.

I ordered calamari and platter in grab&go and they told me they dont have a calamari so they were supposed to give me a refund. but they end up not giving me any refund even when i called them for that issue. the food was good but i got upset about their service

The prices reflect our current times but portions are extremely small.Waitress was horrible couldn't offer insight as to the food's there forgot lemons just overall this Red lobster is gotten far far worse than what they used to be

Waitress was great! Grilled shrimp skewers smelled and tasted like propane gas. We visited this business in January and had the same problem, the manager said it was a new cook and that was the problem. So we thought we would try again in March. Same exact issue. The smell turned my stomach.This is the second time, we will not be back to Two Notch road.

Waited over an hour, food missing from order, my server was nice but service was lacking. Had the same experience about a month ago and decided to give them another chance. Never again.

Ordered curb side multiple times , however they Keep messing up my order , I was going to let it slide like I always do , but this time I tried calling the store to let them know , no one answers the phone and if they do they’ll put you on hold and then don’t come back.
