Ordered uber eats to a hotel while in town. The food is absolutely basic and bland. We ordered 2 beef nachos and 3 beef tacos. The beef is bland, there's more chips then toppings, and they used beans and onions instead of the extras we ordered. The only thing that was good at this restaurant was the queso. Not authentic Mexican food.Food is not worth the price! Save your money and order from somewhere else.

I love this Salsaritas!! All of the employees are extremely kind and helpful, and many even have my order memorized! Come here for amazing food and excelling costumer service. If there is any problem with any part of your order, they'll fix it immediately. Love these people so much.

I loved the service and workers. The food was fresh and the steak was perfect. I hope that this chain expands more in the Atlanta area. I would go today if there was one nearby!

I hate to write this but I feel this location has gone downhill. Service took almost an hour to finish my order with workers joking around and even one not even wearing gloves when prepping food. I also witnessed a cook refill the black beans while putting the container on the floor and once it was refilled, he put the container on the prep table area (where all food is made) and then back into the topping area. Salsarita's use to be my favorite place but after this incident it's sad to say I most likely will not come here anymore. Another customer said that a tea lid fell on the ground and then was put back on the tea dispenser like nothing happened. This is not the first bad experience I have had here, I am not sure what kind of management manages this location but being two bad experiences is a huge eye opener. Also be sure to notice the old caked on toppings in the topping area. I really hope corporate or management sees this post as I don't want this location to fail as the other downtown did. This use to be so good and now it's a disgusting mess.

JUST left this location. AMAZING customer service. I came in right before closing and the 2 employees working out front (1 African American lady and gentleman) were still very courteous and the food was outstanding. I appreciate this experience and the employees deserve a kudos.

Slow poor service and the staff spend more time socializing than they do waiting on customers. If I was the owner I’d fire them all and start over!

My husband and I went to the one near Lexington Hospital. The food was great, servings large, staff was super friendly and efficient, price was good. I had ground beef Chalupa. They let you choose what you want on it and prepare it in front of you, like at Subway. There were a lot of things to add, everything very fresh. My husband had a ground beef burrito. They were both delicious. We also got guacamole as a side and it was delicious, very fresh, homemade and tasty, with good chips. The atmosphere was okay for a fast food place, and not too loud. We were there at noon and there were plenty of tables. We live out of town but I go pretty often to visit people at the hospital and plan to go back there anytime I'm in the area. (For example, today.) It is way better than any other fast food type Mexican restaurant I know of.

Used their website to place my first order ever with this location of Salsaritas. Really impressed with the catering side as it completely allows the customers to choose the day, time of delivery and indicate the number of guests. It really streamlined the ordering process so I wouldn't forget a thing. On the day of the event, the food was delivered right on time and was fresh and plentiful. The delivery person was friendly and even set up the buffet. Buffet warmers and extra trays were provided, as were dishes, flatware, napkins and serving utensils. She double-checked the order with what she delivered so not to miss anything we ordered; she was even kind enough to ask if we had any questions and if there was anything else she could assist with before leaving. This was as easy as it was delicious! Salsaritas catering really made this one of the most effortless gatherings we hosted and it was really special to be able to simply relax and enjoy time spent with our guests. The food was seriously good (and healthy!) -- even the picky eaters dug right in.

Staff are very friendly and value their customer. Has never had a problem. I always order nacho at least twice a week
