Today while shopping at this Sam's club location, I saw 2 young teenage girls using the electronic carts for disabled people to use. These 2 girls clearly were NOT disabled. They had no groceries in their carts. They were just riding the carts, fucking around and didn't even have things in their carts. They were also bumping into each other and were making it difficult for other shoppers as well. One of the girls put her phone and a comb in her cart which was SO disrespectful. I saw another shopper there say something to an employee about the two young girls, but the employee did nothing about it. Those specific carts are for disabled people who actually need to use those. They're not meant to be used to goof around with. I'm very disappointed in the lack of action taken to ask the girls to put the carts back.

Besides the trash overflowing in the eating area and then not having sundae toppings this is just a Big Box Walmart. I should have went to Costco.

Food is good for sure, but they'll do anything they can to not make a pizza. I have been turned down on multiple attempts to get a whole pizza to bring home. I've heard "were out of pizza," and "ugh, I'm not going to get the cheese." I believe it was my 4th attempt that I finally got a whole one.Seems to be an accountability issue rather than a supply problem.

Each time I come here the customer service is good, the inventory is good and I am able to stock up on the items my family needs.

Because I found a dang roach in the mini cucumber bag and the sweet peppers were rotten on the inside. Quite disgusting and who knows.. they might have more with bugs in their produce section. Btw, we buy mini cucumbers weekly too either from Sam's or Wally. SMH

I've always liked Sam's Club for the items available, but shopping online is a nightmare. I've only ordered a few things, but the first, which was a computer on sale during a promotion, never even came! Contacted them and waited for months. Finally gave up on it and bought one elsewhere. At least I didn't get charged for it. Second item, a workbench, arrived all beat up. I sent pictures but had already taken it out of box and put together, since I had a friend there to help at the time. No refund or any type of discount offered since I didn't take it apart and return it. Now I've got an item I want to purchase that is only available online, only on sale for three days... and I'm locked out of my account. Did a live chat, was told my card had been reported lost or stolen. Well, it was never lost or stolen, but now I have to wait for someone to resolve this issue for me. Can't order anything while I wait. Still waiting.... Not happy!

Warning: Do NOT use this tire and lube place. They put the wrong sized tires on my car and caused me a world of problems due to this error. In regards to the rest of the store, this is not a bad Sam's Club. I prefer the one over on Harbison but for general shopping I don't mind this location. They have plenty of truck parking, the gas is always a steal and being able to do an order pick up is the closest thing to magic. I shop here regularly for several rental properties and to stock up on things that I use regularly. The self checkout line is great. They have a standard reasonable deli selection and service. Always use Groupon to get this membership as it's usually on sale and comes with lots of specials. They send you e-gift cards which are also nice.

Standard Sams club , the gps directions for travelers on some apps can be confusing getting into the lot . It is situated right next to Walmart , and a strip mall filled with typical strip mall stores and wares . This club was clean and organized, the scan and go app is a lifesaver here as well . The staff was very very friendly and helpful . A few items I normally grab were not in stock , but I easily found a replacement for them . Produce looked nice and fresh .

This is the first time that I have ever written a review on an establishment, but I thought that this was necessary. Yesterday my wife and I went to this sams club to pick up some ribs and other things for grilling out. Nature called and I had to rush to use the bathroom. Lol. After finishing my business we completed our shopping and finished checking out and what looked to be a manager, came running up to me. He stated that I had dropped a $50 bill in the bathroom. Not knowing if it was mine I checked my pockets and told him that I couldn't accept it due to not being sure that it was mine. He assured me that he watched me drop it and had been looking for me across the store for the past 20 minutes. It's a relief to know that there are still good people out there. Thank you
This is your typical Sam's Club. Best to go when it's not so crowded to beat the lines. Hard to beat the prices though, especially for the off brand (generic) Flonase, which ends up being at $5 a bottle. Curious to see how it compares to the new Costco which will be more of a drive for us.

Really do love the Scan & Go app to buy your food & items. Then go straight to the exit. No need to get on line to check out at the counter.

This is a health weight management & circulation conditioning machine. The sales agent with be at SAMs until Sunday-August 14, 2016. ( if you're interested & need a low impact exercise).

Sam's is great for what it is. I go a few times a year to get stuff for work events. Bulk beer, water, sodas, etc. Good deals. Go on Sunday and they have enough samples that you feel like you ate a meal. Meat counter is good, and if you have a large family or are going on a family vacation this is the place to go. Long lines to check out. Sam Walton's business model, cheap prices bad customre service...

Came in here to get some appetizers for christmas dinner and it wasn't as crowded as I expected so i was in and out in less than 25 minutes! great for a Sam's on a holiday shop. Cashiers were fast and very friendly. To be my 1st time at this location was a great experience for and I will return.
