2024-04: This was my first visit to any Smashburger. Tatiana took our order and was very pleasant. The food came out quickly and was very delicious. The restaurant itself needed some attention as far as cleaning goes, including the restrooms.
They need to pay better attention to menu items before charging for them, then not having them available. I also experienced an issue at this location before, when, after I placed my order, I was told that the grill stopped working as I got to the drive - thru window. There have been other subliminally unprofessional behaviors that have occurred at this location, as if they are trying to be "smooth" and subtle about them, and it needs to be caught, acknowledged, ethically dealt with, and better customer service brought back.Vegetarian options: They do offer a veggie burger at this location.
Dude they parked me for a kids meal. You guys suck. Its sad too cause the food is good most of the time. You need to hire more people. Wont ever come back to this

I always have the best experience here! The food is awesome and the employees are always so nice and helpful, plus my toddler loves the music haha.Kid-friendliness: They have several high chairs and booster seats available, and a good kids menu!

We ordered ahead online so we could pick up in the drive thru, so I can’t complain that we sat in the drive thru there for 20 minutes. Just be aware- it will take a minute. The issues really started when we got our order. Their black bean burger was not a black bean patty- seems to be some sort of tofu patty. I have eaten at other locations and truly received a black bean burger, so not sure what is different about this one. Also did not receive all items in our order. Pictures below is their “Black Bean” Patty
