Walked in to the male making a smoothie sneezing, no gloves on rubbing his eyes and coughing into fruits. Very unsanitary.

The last two times we’ve been to this location, we’ve had a man working the front who is ill mannered and rude. I do not recommend this location based on the customer service.

We stopped by this Smoothie King store location while we were on this side of town. It's conveniently located on Forest drive and right outside the Fort Jackson Army base main gate. They are located in a small shopping plaza which did have limited customer parking.We decided to visit them to get a smoothie just to hold us over. Upon entering I noticed it's a very small space, and there was customers waiting. Apparently they get alot of online orders, because it took like 7 minutes before one of the three employees asked for my order. I also noticed that they stay so busy that unlike many other locations, none of the staff were greeting their customers when they entered.Now on a good note...this franchise is always a very reliable and affordable option!!!

Tried to use the app to order on my way home & ended up being out over $30+ as according to the manager they hadn't gotten any mobile orders. I asked for a refund as store credit or money as it had already been taken out of my account. Even after I showed their policy of talking to the local store reguarding refunds, I was told they do no so refunds. While I like their smoothies, I will not be patronizing the local franchise for extremely bad servicePost update: still have not see the refund put back in my account per the manager of this franchise said I would.

Smoothie King at 4601 Forest Dr, Columbia, SC 29206 honors Veterans on Veterans Day.I arrive at 630 pm to a store with two employees and one customer waiting. I place my order for a free twenty ounce smoothie, asking for the maximum amount of protein in it.The employee informs me this is not included in it, despite being a twenty ounce drink. I take my smoothie and leave.Perhaps, specify in the agreement what a twenty ounce drink entails...I personally put as much as possible in a smoothie so I have energy for a full day.

This is by far the worst Smoothie King I’ve been to and I really don’t understand how they’re still open. Tried this location on 3 different occasions getting my usual meal replacement and they do not follow ingredients at all. Definitely do not go here if you have any allergies because you will not get what you order. Though this location is closest to my job, I’ll gladly drive an additional 10 minutes for the location on Lincoln St.

WORST SMOOTHIE KING PLACE EVER, since management has changed. My husband has been going here for the past 2 years and recently the service has been VERY INCONSISTENT in terms of customer service, and the closing times. Since when do you stay open until 9 but stop making smoothies at 8? Their app is trash in terms of being up. Just completely disgusted with the service lately…
