The staff including the manager did not acknowledge that we were standing there waiting for service. No one greeted us until the cashier came to the register. We had been waiting 5 minutes or more with no acknowledgement from the staff. Poor customer service.

Absolutely disgusting. Store was filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Was also half full of people not eating/drinking. Complete mess behind the counter. Don’t recommend this one

I ordered a crème brûlée and wanted a touch more sweetness and th wonderful barista suggested it with cinnamon dulce syrup and oh my word my taste buds exploded with e excitement! Literally so good. While this location is small it's a mighty one. The baristas are very delightful and helpful giving wonderful customer service and great drink combinations. Overall 10/10 would recommend this location and drink combo.... Thank me later

It's sad that I have to give a bad review based on poor customer service BUT I must.I went to Starbucks in Target on Harbison yesterday with my daughter. She placed the order for us. Usually, there is only a older man there to serve us but today there was a younger girl helping him. (I didn't catch names)She was VERY rude to my daughter, only 14 years old... All she asked for a Iced Green Tea Lemonade with 2 Stevia and a cake pop. The young girl responded with a smart aleck remark, " Are you making up menu items?" My daughter told the girl No, he has made this several times for my mom. He said "I don't remember that"She left with her cake pop and came back to me with this rude story and no Iced Green Tea Lemonade for me.Instead of confronting these employees, I think it's best to give it to Google Reviews. I truly believe if you don't want to give good customer service, then find another kind of job that suits you. **** I will update this review with these employees names soon!"
