This place used to be great. I live nearby and haven’t had a good experience here the last 4 or 5 times. Either there is a hair in the food, the ingredients are rotten or, like the most recent experience, your food tastes like dirty sink water. Probably won’t try again and I encourage others not to waste their money/ risk their health eating here.

The food is ok. The sanitations levels are questionable. The place needs a complete restoration. The floor looks torn up. The place looks like it was never renovated when they took over. The staff were generally friendly. I live around the corner but I don't know if I'll be back until renovations are done. Of course now the new gas station hides the place and you can't even see it from Garner's Ferry!

The food isn't bad. But, they put very little meat on Sub. The meat is sliced thin enough that I can read the newspaper and the place is filthy in the bathroom and behind the counter where food is being prepared. I'd hate to see what it looks like in the back. It's time for an unfit.

I worked at a sub station II 20 years ago. I had not eaten at one since (for no particular reason) and today I decided to get( to go) sub hAlf of a ultimate sub, just like I used to, and it was sooooo good ,!!! Just like I remember!! The staff was very nice , the store was clean and neat, and I wanted to turn around and get another one! Thanks guys for reminding me to come back more often!

This little "hidden" jewel has actually been around sin e I was a teenager and I'm in my 50's now. I was sad when the built a HUGE gas station in front of it! It's not even visible from the street anymore but...for those of us who already know, that doesn't deter us one bit! The service is always great. They greet you as if they've known you your whole life. You don't feel rushed to order and they take good care of you. When you walk in, it looks a little suspect but trust me, the subs are worth it! Like I've mentioned, they've been around for many years and it's privately owned. Not many updates but the subs are delicious. The place makes you think you've stepped back in time! The ambiance is one of throw back Thursday but, you won't ever be disappointed with the #19. My favorite for over 40 years!! Try it and let us know what you think!

Ordered 3 Greek Gyros through door dash app. Was delivered 3 Reuben’s. Never received text or call to inform us they were out of Gyros. Called sub station and was told by a gentlemen there that he informed the door dasher they were out of Gyros and that the dasher then told him Rueben’s were fine.I then called door dash and our dasher said he was never told they were out of Gyros and just picked the food up that was made and left.Sub station never told our dasher they were out of gyros, they simply just made us Reuben’s and called it a day. So upsetting

I had the Ultimate large and it was VERY good!! It was also big enough for leftovers and filled me up for the rest of the day after lunchtime. Service here at the drivethru window was great as well. Will be back!
