The food is Taco Bell, it is what it is.The service was only saved by the assistant manager, Veronica. While others were rushing us & being rude, she verbally reprimanded them immediately and came to check on us personally. If not for her and her alone, this would be 1 star (because you can't go 0) and we would not consider visiting this place again.

Taco bell is slow . They are unable to handle the quantity of orders that they receive in a reasonable amount of time. If you can preorder i would recommend doing that.

Must be new management because there was a little note in our bag thanking us for choosing Taco Bell and a number to call if there was any issues. Nice little touch. And the young lady at the window was actually polite which is rare. The little things
Food was freezing cold. Lettuce and tomatoes tasted frozen. Pretty slow. Well always slow. I have eaten here before and tried to give them another chance. But I honestly was about to throw up. Quite. Nauseous my 18 amd 15 year old said the same. And if teenagers don't eat it....we all know...

Drive -thru- I had a wonderful experience at the window today .A nice young man name Jadan took my order and had great customer service skills . I actually left the window not only with my food but also Big smile .

Don’t use mobile orders or DoorDash from here. For whatever reason they wait until 5 minutes after you’ve arrived to start working on your food. Completely goes against the whole point of mobile ordering. Employees are often seen on their phones and it’s unusually hard to get someone to help you when you’re at the register.

I purchased a bean taco and i couldnt even make it to the toilet. My son had to smell my smelly demons come out my butthole.the manager said i couldnt get a refund.dont come here unless you want to throw up or poop yourself

They were rude. Was out of anything fried, which meant nacho fries ? The crunch wrap was skimp on the beef (pause) and they didn't give me my soft supreme taco. They gave me a soggy nacho taco.

Nacho Loco tacos shells are always broken, I go atleast once a week and it's the same issue. Broken shells, and large orders stuff in a small bag.
