This place is FILTHY. the windows and blinds are covered in it. The silverware and plates they brought us were covered in food. It’s crusted all over the menus and salt and pepper shakers. The tv in the waiting area looks like where Covid began. Half our food was forgotten. I am undergoing chemo and nothing tastes good so I asked if instead of 2 sides I just got the 1 plain Mac and cheese would they waive the 99 cent up charge and they would not. I won’t ever go here again. Prices and food is the same at Longhorn or Outback and they’re not disgusting.

First visit to this TR, and we were definitely disappointed. We sat with nothing for 15 minutes until our waitress arrived and took our drink order and then We waited another 15 minutes for our drinks (regular sodas, not bar drinks) to arrive… ordered our steaks, both mine and my husbands came out cooked incorrectly. (I ordered medium and got rare, he ordered medium well and got medium rare) food took over 40 mins to come out, and when it did, it arrived cold. We never got a cup with a lid for our small child, or a spoon for her to eat her applesauce… it was just overall a mess. 2.5hrs in a restaurant, and over $100 later…. We aren’t coming back. Ever.

This was my worst experience at a Texas roadhouse yet and unfortunately it was my daughter's birthday dinner and I have eaten at them all over the south eastern United States how do you send out 3 plates missing baked potatoes one of witch was missing 2 of them and its oh well not our problem we don't have them so my wife got one side my daughter got one side and I didn't get any me and my family will not be back to this one

The food was good. Well seasoned. My ribs were a little too charred. Our server was busy. Nice but she had tunnel vision and missed us a few times. I still gave her a good tip. But that's just me.
