I want to personally thank Ford for his professionalism and assistance in handling a refund and ticket issue. Ford was able to get us seating in a sold out event and his kindness and attention to detail just really made our evening extra special. The Venu is truly our favorite place. Had a great 1st time at this restaurant, all staff were happy to answer all questions,And our server who attended to us all evening had a great attitude, nothing was too much for her, all requests were filled.Not sure of her name, but her area was right side mezzanine, young African-American.

Is there a reason why you do not have chairs for the high top tables upstairs for a two hour concert? It was confusing to the guests who attended the 2/10 concert purchased tickets for upstairs and to their surprise they learned that they had to stand at the right top tables. We went to a performance before and there were chairs so we expected the same set up. Very disappointing. The band was good, but the venue was sub par. Be sure to call and ask if there will be seats if you plan to attend a show and want to be upstairs.

Attended an event on 2/10/24 and the original tickets stated there were seats upstairs. The event was a 2 hour show. There weren’t chairs and the staff did not let us sit at the bar to at least eat or drink. There was no staff attending the customers upstairs. We couldn’t even enjoy the music. We ended up leaving less than 25 minutes after we got there. Staff was not accommodating and even one of the ladies who attended the bar was rude. Not only did they miss out on making money in food and beverages from the customers upstairs, they also lost any future business they could have had. I do not recommend this place at all!

We visited for the first time on New Year's eve for the dualing pianos. We arrived and were immediately seated at 9pm. It was 930 before we got our alcoholic drinks. The lemon pepper wings were wonderful. The entertainment was adequate. We left at 11 pm. The place wasn't very full at all.

Stars ? are purely on entertainment and the vibe ✨️. It's beautiful inside and the bartender was very attentive. We enjoyed ourselves for the little bit of time that we were there during the day time. During the new year celebration the street in front was shut down and they were playing music ? outside. You could also buy drinks on the street and the fake snow near by was the finishing touch. We loved it. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Good Vibes Band did a spectacular live musical performance. Our waitress Aniyah was an absolute doll and made sure my mother and I were comfortable the entire night.
