I recently had the pleasure of dining at Upper Crust for the first time, and it was an exceptional experience. Our server, Christopher, was an absolute delight. Not only was he exceedingly pleasant, but his extensive knowledge of the menu allowed him to make excellent recommendations. Throughout the meal, he ensured our drinks were promptly refilled and our food arrived in a timely manner. When our dishes did arrive, they were piping hot and deliciously fresh.
From the moment we were seated, Christopher provided attentive service, leaving us feeling well taken care of. He mentioned that Upper Crust was under new ownership, and he was part of the newly appointed management team.
In conclusion, I can't recommend Christopher enough. If you're planning a visit to Upper Crust, be sure to request him as your server. He truly deserves a gold star for his exceptional service.

Nice location off of Polo road. Pizza is made to order and served hot and fresh. Use a huge pizza oven and bake pizza right in front of you . They have a variety of toppings.

We went on a Saturday night and were told it would take a long time. They were short staffed and had a huge party outside. We decided to wait since we have been wanting to try this place. It was well worth the wait! The food was amazing, the service was slow obviously but the server was on it and kept checking on us and was very friendly and apologetic. I love that the oven and most of the cooking is done in the center of the building (behind a wall of course). We will definitely be back but maybe on a different day of the week this time.

Unfortunately our first time experience here was not great. We arrived for brunch around 1:30. Our server was kind and we were seated quickly. Our lattes arrived a mess with minimal to no flavor. My white chocolate raspberry latte tasted the same as my husband’s salted caramel latte and the whipped cream was all over the place — we tolerated it as we were told it was a new server and the drinks were free. We ended up being charged for these drinks. Free drinks for someone to train is one thing, being charged for them is another. Our original deviled eggs came out with a hair on them. They were immediately taken back and replaced. The replacements were okay — one was extremely runny and prepared too warm. Our food was very not great. My husband’s French toast was horribly soggy and almost unbearable to eat. I was shocked when I tried it. My pimento grilled cheese was actually very good. I will give props to this dish. The hashbrown casserole was somehow soggy and burnt at the same time, so not great.I don’t think we would return here again. Maybe we would try the pizza at dinner time… but otherwise, we were left disappointed.Kid-friendliness: This was a very kid friendly location with outdoor seating and activities. Lots of youth soccer players here.

Under new management and you can definitely tell. I won't be going back to Upper Crust. We placed our order only to find out a few items are no longer on the menu. Not a problem. We made adjustments. The food arrives, the nachos were missing, the trimmings (cilantro, sour cream, and jalapeños) and the added chicken we requested. The waiter questioned/advised he believed chicken was on the nachos. THERE WASN'T ANY. The spinach dip was filled with just artichokes and cheese and was not hot, the grilled veggie sandwich was cold and the BBQ chicken salad I ordered never came. The waiter questioned that I actually ordered it despited him writing our order down on a physical piece of paper!!! The salad was the one thing we initially ordered that was still on the menu. We did receive an apology for not getting the salad but no other restitution. We paid full price for a Mexican Nacho with no meat or trimmings. Upper Crust used to be a nice place for brunch and lunch, but new management and staff need to tighten up ASAP.

1st time at this restaurant and it was VERY good! I had a new item on the menu...pepperoni rolls and the bread was sooo soft and tasty. It was served with marinara sauce and delicious!! Just enough pepperoni and cheese!!! Then I had the Late Bloomers Special with caesar salad, Alfredo w/chicken and cheesecake for dessert. I couldn't even eat the Alfredo, due to the pepperoni rolls being so filling! My husband had the house salad and Italian dreams quesadilla. Forgot to get a pic of that! Our server Sharone was also great! We'll definitely be back!!!
