Loved getting this place carry out. Had decent sushi and the caramelized eggplant was amazing. Sad to see them close. Hope the new Middle Eastern deli that takes its place is as good.

The BEST sushi ever. Their combination plates are okay. The waiter, Ian is always pleasant.

Solid 4 stars. Server started strong but became hard to find for refills and the bill and there were only three tables sat in the restaurant. Food was plenty and tasty though not winning any awards. Atmosphere was good and friendly.

I've been eating Sushi for decades. My obsession began while living in Seattle in the early to mid 90s. Arguably the best city in America for 5-star sushi restaurants. But from Seattle to L.A. to Miami or New York, who would've thought my best sushi experience would come from a small, locally owned restaurant in a tiny strip center in the outskirts of Blythewood, SC. Wasabi's too chef, Chris, is a master chef with skill one rarely finds outside of top10 cities. From what's on the menu, to custom preparing your wishes into masterful works of culinary art - Wasabi is now the standard by which I will forever judge sushi.

Love this place. Will go for sushi and hibachi. The service is always great and the food never disappoints.

Delicious food, and we got a lot for the price. Nice but friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back.

Food and service were fantastic. We both had Bento Box A and brought home Cani for our daughter who is a real dog.

This tiny hole in the wall sushi spot was busier than I expected on a Monday night. As I say here and looked thru the menu the 'door dash didn't was going off like crazy so I felt even more secure in my choice for dinner. What I didn't get a photo of was the complimentary appetizers they brought out. Some warm roasted eggplant was AMAZING. You also got edemame, rice noodles and some spicy cucumber salad. There is a large selection and the prices are average my favorite fish are salmon and eel. The salmon delight (I think it was called) is salmon inside and seared salmon belly on top. It has a sauce that is mildly spicy (I can't handle hot but this was perfect). The Godzilla has fish inside and topped with eel. At least that's what I remember. It's a little warm inside the restaurant for my liking but no one but me seemed to be hot. There was a waitress that really didn't seem to pay attention to the chef when he was telling her which table the food was for. After she finally understood I could hear him muttering something about not speaking Spanish for her. Just a little unprofessional in my eyes. Easy to look past All that because the food was phenomenal. I will come again!!!

I’ve been there twice. The shrimp hibachi was great and the sushi was good. Waiter and waitress are always friendly. Will be my go to for sushi.

I've come to amend my previous review in that Wasabi had quickly become our go to sushi spot. I realize that some restaurants see their issues and fix them and Wasabi has done just that.
