An employee went to go pick up our mobile orders, i got the 8 boneless wing meal. Then another employee placed an order under my name, I called the store to tell them there would be two separate orders under the same name. They said they would make sure the one picking up gets both.They did not give her my drink and the wings did not have any chicken in it, the bit that was was hard and cold, basically fried up hard breading.They didn't give her thr second order so thr employee had to go back. To get it. Girl at window was rude to her she reported.2nd order4 shrimp, egg rolls and a large tea.She got 2 shrimp and a plain boneless chicken.Was not great quality here.

Repeated terrible customer service on multiple occasions thought it’s the same workers on every occasion. Staff does not value the customer at all or talk to them decently. Management included. And I understand it is fast food, however, every person is entitled to respect. I won’t be patronizing this business location ever again.

Wonderful customer service from fast and the restaurant was clean and Jamila was great my family and I stopped here on our way out of South Carolina and it was flavorful and quick the only thing I would suggest is a cleaner restroom and maybe turning the air conditioner up it was a lil humid but decent

If I could give zero stars I would. Stephanie the manager (she definitely needs training) fought with us over sauce we paid for through the app. Apparently she can't read a receipt. Also we ordered 2 apple juices that they were out of and then basically said "oh well" and we didn't receive replacement drinks. This Zaxby's needs an overhaul of staff.
