Although the food is of good QUALITY, the QUANTITY is horrible. You are better off getting wings elsewhere, because these wings are smaller than your pinky finger ?It's an INSULT to give these wings to an adult. Maybe for a kids menu, but absolutely unacceptable for an adult.Parking: Plenty of parking ?️

The restaurant is a pretty large. We were excited to stop by for lunch. It was slow and I expected to receive fresh hot food. Unfortunately, we could tell that everything had been sitting up for a while. The food was too hard for my toddlers to even enjoy.
Everything tastes like it was cooked in old used grease and had an absolutely horrible aftertaste. Please change out your cooking oil on a regular basis.

Tried the chicken Philly from Zaxbys earlier today. It tastes good I’d definitely recommend it n I’m a buy it again. This one is missing the red n green peppers but it’s ok I ain’t even trip. Look at those seasoned fries eat them while they hot You might turn back for
I go to this Zaxby's at least once a week sometimes more but today I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins without my order being taken. Then sat at the window another 5mins and the lady refused to come to the window to even ask me why I was there. I understand you all are short staffed but I heard her greet and take orders for multiple people on the inside, get straws and cups, fix a computer that was down....and when I went to the window she was bagging orders and checking tickets. But never acknowledged me after the initial please hold and did other stuff because the mic was on the entire time. If you are only doing dine in don't make people wait in line on their lunch break expecting something and eventually having to leave because they have wasted their break waiting.

I always go there to get chicken fingers. I order the 4 pc and today I only had 3 pc and the 3 days prior they did the exact same thing. I was missing a chicken finger and a fork to eat my coleslaw. Call and spoke to a lady that ask are you close. No. I'm on my lunch break. This happen 2 times. But won't happen again. Taking my money and not giving me the correct amount of food. 1 time okay mistake 2times someone doesn't know how to count in there.
