Ordered a simple spicy chicken sandwich. They gave me a deluxe with the bacon and stuff. I don’t eat pork. Took it back, she asked to see my receipt as if I didn’t just walk in and pick my order up. They remade the sandwhich, it was cold and the chicken was 1/3 the size of the bun lol….last time going there

I got a house salad and the cucumbers were barley cut up and had skin. I don't mind the skin but I don't remember getting them that way before. My Texas toast was soggy bread with some melted butter on one side. Come on y'all. Do better.

Don’t bank on your order being right, especially if you order mobile. They screw something up EVER time. I’m done with location. Zaxby’s is good, but not good enough to deal constant errors.
