The food was very good but I had to wait 30 min for my food and people who came after me were served first.. They were out of chicken and Caroline was rude and did not apologize for the long wait. I actually had to go and make them aware I haven't received my food. Response was, here is your's with an attitude!!! Very poor service today.

Yummy food. Delish steak kabob. Everything tasted fresh. I didn't like the lentil soup but thats just me. It was wired that the hummus only came with 3 cucumber slices. Like... but overall good.

I ordered a Greek salad with chicken. I arrived at 715 and didn’t leave until 750. People ordered before me and got there food before me. The lady who I’ll assume is the manager needs more training and needs to interact better with all races. I asked for my money back, and she made the other girl do the refund. Started slinging my food across the counter and never turned around to apologize. She had the WORSE attitude ive ever seen. And as I walked out I looked and seen the store had a C rating! Very fitting!

UPDATE - Roxana Martinescu the Zoe's Catering Manager for NC, SC GA & VA has completely changed the experience. She personally took the time to contact me, handle the situation, make changes at the location regarding the customer service and extended my firm a discount on this order and our next order. THANK YOU ROXANA!!! Due to Roxana's service and kindness Zoe's will have another opportunity with my organization.I am only giving them 2 starts, because their food is amazing. I would give them NO STARS on their service. Terrible experience for the 3rd time straight. I won't be catering any luncheons for my office or guests from Zoe's again. We LOVE their food, but we STRONGLY DISLIKE their service. They need to go to Chic-fil-A and learn the experience of service and what it means to customers. GOOD BYE ZOE'S!!!!!

Eh. Could be better. I haven't have zoe kitchen in years. But they most definitely changed their menu and overall taste. Used to be better platting and sides. I would prefer taziki by whole foods instead. Taste fresh and better quality

Zones Kitchen is not a cheap place to eat. So when you go there you expect to get great tasting food and freshly made too. Well my food wasn't either. And NEVER accept advise from a Front Counter person. All they know is get the money. Unless you like Bland tasteless food, then Zoes your spot. Thumbs-down all the way. And did I mentioned Even the Drinks are Tasteless. My Gosh

Had the Greek salad. Added chicken. The chicken was grilled to perfection. The salad was large and had a tasty dressing. But a Greek salad should have had a lot more olives in it. Plus it was as a bit pricey. With tax $29. for the he two salads. I probably would not return for a visit but my wife may want to.

I ordered 12 chicken kabobs and one large salad. the salad was $54.00. More than the chicken. She told me she gave me the price when I ordered, she did not because I would not have paid that much for a bowl of salad that was no where easy to eat because they didn't bother to make the leaves anywhere near bite size. The menu doesn't price the salad so watch out or go with pizza.

I have worked here for 6 months & am leaving very soon. Everything is always to date & even before dates will be tossed if there is obvious decay/is bad. items are made generally by the same prep people and are usually fairly consistent. LOVE the lentil soup. People are generally super nice & there is fairly great wage! There has only been one customer i haven't been able to level with, that nothing said could make her happy (& will probably leave a bad review) but if you have a short time & wanna grab food 2-3:30 is the slowest time! Everything is super yummy! Morning time is usually slammed with catering orders for 11-12! Highly recommend and hope you enjoy as much as i have!

I was looking for some healthy options near the Fort Jackson army base and I discovered this spot. The menu has plenty of vegetarian options which was cool but I ordered the bowl with turmeric rice, chicken & spicy aioli sauce on the side. The bowl also contained feta cheese and cucumbers. Everything together was so delicious and the flavors complemented each other. I didn't wait more than 5-10 minutes for my food and the staff was very nice. The parking could be a little bit better but overall, I would come here again.

I'm visiting from out of town and wanted to order something healthier. I found this place on UberEats and was super excited to try it. I ordered the Greek Salad with chicken and it was so delicious. I wish we had one of these in the Midwest!
