We went there and had a really bad experience. I ended up with the wrong food. I ordered a bild your own pasta and ended up with chicken Alfredo. I don't like Alfredo sauce. The place is so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. The waiter wasn't really paying much attention to us. He was more interested in what was going on on the other side of the restaurant. The table wasn't wiped off before we were seated. They wiped it after we said something to them. I ended up not eating anything, and my husband got his to go. We will never be returning there again.

This place has really gone down hill in the last year!! They can’t keep staff!! The food the last 3 visits was poor we got sick from it within an hour after eating it! We all agreed that tonight was our last time going to this restaurant. We really need more restaurants in the Conway area because the area is growing and The Conway Applebees is the only location in all of Horry County! Sadly if you want restaurants you have to drive to Carolina Forest or Myrtle Beach. For what you pay at Applebees it’s worth the drive and you get better food! Also keep in mind this location is now doing up charging when you ask for anything to put on your food like extra dressing or grated cheese there’s a fee now. Two years ago I would of highly recommended this restaurant now I advise look at your other options.

this place is the absolute worse Place i ever been to. i ordered a medium steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, the steak was undercooked, the mashed potatoes were stale and dry, the waiter did NOT give me any silverware to EAT what i HAD TO PAY FOR. i basically gave them money for FREE! VERY VERY DISSATISFIED. will NEVER COME BACK.

Went there tonight, and food was pretty good along with service!
I ordered for pickup. The food was microwave and looked as if it was someone's leftovers. I returned to get a refund because at this point I didn't want the food. I spoke with a manager name Samantha. Instead of apologizing for the food and asking how to correct it, she informed me it would take 14 days for a refund. Politely I said, thank you but I'll take the refund. 5 mins later she comes back saying transaction was canceled with no print out. I asked for a written transaction verifying the cancelation. She couldn't provide one and said there was no way of doing so.

Did an online order. Didn't get everything we paid for last night. Was missing my whole order, my husband's Burboun steak didn't have all the components to it.Took 1 hour 27 mins for someone to finally answer the phone. Talked to manager Mark. Rude. He asked if he could have the food made, I said no because it was 730pm and by the time I would get it and get home it would be around 815pm... He said to stop by today Thursday and get a refund and he would make up for it... well that didn't happen either. He refused to refund missing food, only wanted to remake what was missing. That was suppose to be last night's dinner, not tonight's. He made it clear that we are to call general manager Eric S. tomorrow, Friday. He didn't want to do anything for us.Dissatisfied, disappointed... never again.
