Worst BK ever. Customer service was terrible. Manager needs to be replaced. Just a bad experience overall. Food was not good. Do yourself a favor & just close this location. Go somewhere else.

It’s the worst looking Burger King from the outside I have seen and the Inside is not much better. It’s in a great location. Corporate should make em update. Decided not to purchase anything.

I got a code on the app for a free frie and made a list for my husband to order when he went inside, he took my daughter to the bathroom first the app must have expired I could have easily refreshed and gave him another code but when he ordered and used the code the rude lady at the counter said "that code is made up if you want free food go somewhere else or pay full price" he told her maybe the code expired but I just did it on the app and she replied "no sir it says here it's not right and there's no way you got that on the rewards member app" so my husband being the better man he is, just kindly walked out and we are now going to eat somewhere else. Avoid. Also the bathroom was leaking water out of the ceiling all in the bathroom so I can't imagine how clean the food area is

On the day we went there the cook quit as we were putting in our order. There was nobody capable of running the restaurant. We waited and waited. Ask for a refund and we was denied a refund. People that came in after we came in was getting there food before us. We left and was getting in the car and the girl came out and told us our order was ready. We went back in and the food was terrible. We had ordered a double whopper meal, 2 whopper Jr. and a medium onion ring. The onion rings was burnt so bad they were falling apart like sand falling from you fingers. We refused the food and left. Called the manager she told me that she would leave message with her staff to replace the meal. We went backabout a week later. We was there for about 10 minutes and was still waiting to get approval from manager that I had spoken to. By the way the managers name was Fran. Sad to say $20.00 plus was spent there and nothing g was received. The 2nd day we went back there was2 people in the restaurant. The so-called manager was in the very back on her cell phone. Then came out laid her phone down d began to act like she was helping the cook. We will not be back at this burger king anymore. Too many burger places in the conway area that treats customers great. Yes your hair has to be in a hair net and wearing a Burger King hat provided to you. You have to have your hair up and if you like to you can wear a hat your choice on hat.Non of the employees were wearing a hat or hairnet. Temperature is very cold inside. Packets of ketchup were all sticky. No one at the restaurant seemed they cared about the customer. IMO they were lazy!!

Long wait to place order with no one in front of me.. 20 minute wait for my food. Television volume extremely loud and I was told that the volume is controlled by corporate. Baloney!! The burrito and Whopper are the only reason I keep going back as often as 6 days a week.Parking: Pot holes __ big ones!

I have never been to a Burger King before, so I'd figure why not try their signature Whopper™. When I first got ahold of it at my table, i noticed it was pretty heavy for a burger. So heavy, in fact, that i could not lift it. When I confronted the cashier about this, they offered me a free drink as an apology, however after drinking it I found myself waking up inside of a dumpster.
