It's a hidden gem, nestled right between highway 501 and 544—a cozy spot with a laid-back vibe.My hubby and I decided to grab dinner there with some friends, and boy, did we love it!We grabbed a table on the patio, nothing too fancy, but soaking up the fresh air was just what we needed.I went for the Mahi bites with a side salad and their homemade jalapeño ranch dressing— great flavor! The fish was perfectly blackened, and every bite was delicious. My husband opted for their "ale house burger" topped with gooey cheddar and a side of crisp coleslaw. It was a match made in burger heaven!And let me tell you about the service—swift, friendly, and knowledgeable! She made us feel right at home. Needless to say, we're already planning our next visit. Coastal Ale House, here we come again!

We found this place by accident and it did not disappoint!! Brittany, our server was helpful and very pleasant! The food was absolutely amazing! We had 2 beers, the perogies to start and then a Reuben with fries and the chicken salad club sandwich with onion rings! Everything was so delicious and made perfectly! We will be back for sure! Highly recommend this hidden gem!

If I could give it zero stars I would, we were there for a engagement party first it took the waitress 20 minutes to even get our drink orders, most of the tables drinks had none or super minimal alcohol, and mine was just completely wrong. When we finished we told the waitress we wanted to pay for a couples drinks and our own. Gave her my card to pay and we left. When we got into the parking lot we were chased out by the bartender I’m assuming and our server first accusing the whole table of not paying after we all gave her our cards and cash before we left, and then accused us of only not paying for one drink that the server did not put on the tab. The bartender or manager whoever she was, was EXTREMELY hostile and really ruined the vibe for what was supposed to be a good night. She came out like she was ready to fight someone instead of simply asking if it was a mistake. Extremely unprofessional and could have been avoided 1 if the server did her job correctly and 2 if the manager or whoever the woman was acted like she had some sense. Definitely will not be coming back.
