Ordered a cook out style hot dog with onion rings. It was great , service was quick and would highly recommend. Very clean and the restrooms were as well. Very friendly staff! I also like that they play Christmas music. I accidentally put the review for the Conway location. It should be the Loyola location. I don't know how to correct it!

Just had lunch .. burgers and fries were cold - bun was dry - cheese not even melted on burger. Husband's burger not as ordered..receipt correct but order not. Not likely to return.

If I could leave a half star I would. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. Not sure if the length of training was shortened due to the recent opening. But the young lady at the window had an anwful attitude and i had to repeat my order three times. I asked for a big double burger and after listing what i wanted on the burger, she asked if i wanted tomatoes, or lettuce. I stated that I didn’t want either and she rudely replied “so what do you want on it?” . Instead of reacting or pulling to the window to make a scene I drove away. I will repeat the customer service was lackluster and absolutely DISGUSTING. I will never come to this location again. If you want great customer service I would go to literally any other restaurant on Church street.

Had an accident that I wanted to report and the manager already had an ugly look on her face when I explained to her what happened! She very very rude and so was the cashier at the second drive through window. How can a place have a nasty manager like that. If I could give zero stars for unprofessional I definitely would have. Bad customer service
