We phoned to hear if this is a smoke free place and was lied to by the man who answered the phone. Went there, smoke overwhelmed us. People who arrived before us also left because of it. No way we can sit down and enjoy a meal here.

The food is bar food. Burgers, ribs, wings etc. Mostly fried. Not bad but the smoke in there has ended my going in there. Aren't too many establishments left that allow smoking anymore. This is one of the last so all the smokers flock there. Plus one of the only late night places in Conway.. Spoils your food experience.

I have been coming to this place for quite some time. It is a bar restaurant so I'm use to loud voices. Loud music. But the Kat 2 visit it seem management is allowing loud profanity to be repeatedly shouted. This is not a restaurant now that I would recommend for family visits. If you like cussing that can be hear anywhere in the place. Loud smoke filled atmosphere that it has turned into. You will give it a 5. If you are like me a Conway resident and enjoy a good time music tvs that your family can enjoy. Unless management changes. Don't go.

After tonight's dinner, it will be a while before coming back. Let me set the events. My family and I came in to be seated around 6:30pm. 6:35 or waitress (Training) came to take our drink orders. Two of had bar drinks, the other 2 had unsweetened tea and Diet Coke. Drinks came. Well the 2 bar drinks came first (surprisingly) the the other 2 came., but sweet tea and not unsweetened. We then placed our order.........1 hour later our food came. 2 were hot as if just cooked. The other 2 didn't. At this point we were hangery. Although our bill will be compt, it isn't the point.

Only complaint is the smoking allowed in the bar. However the service and food are 5 stars+. Ashley R was our server and helped me decide on my small order of wings, trust me and get the honey garlic, its a dry rub and so good. Also got the small rack of Kentucky bourbon ribs, wow. So good! Definitely recommend if you want wings and/or ribs and are in the area!!

Best food around. Worst service around. They are impossible to reach by phone and there internet orders suck as well. Two times in a row I’ve placed an order to go online and in person and two times I’ve left with no food. The last time I had to order in person and was told 45 minutes. After showing back up 45 minutes later to pick my Togo order up I was told it was going to be an additional 20-40 minutes. It is Very frustrating that the best wings in town seem impossible to get to go from. If you plan on buying from them go in and sit down and be prepared to wait.

The food is amazing but Alexis M. Is the worst server I've ever had. She was rude from the start, blatantly ignored us, and then gave an attitude when she had to go back for separate checks. I'll come back but NEVER have her as a server again.

Been here several times. Excellent Mushroom Swiss Burgers. The "Fire in the hole" chicken wings are for the intense heat lovers, but not as flavorful as the other wing sauces that are all tasty. Simple decor but no complaints on the food selection. I highly recommend CW's Wing and Ribs.

Food was delicious and event prices. Waitresses and Bartender we're cooking and delivering plates. Help is a problem, but they surely did hustle and served all.
Order 40 wings, 10 garlic parietal, 10 lemon pepper, 10 hot garlic and 10 plain fried soft. Got no lemon pepper, and plain wing fried so hard could have broken my teeth, got a side salad had pork inside, we don't eat pork due to religious beliefs. I will never buy from this company again was told they would not remove payment for wrong order. And was told I can bring back food up to 30 day my new order would sit for 30 days until I retrieve them award they would be trashed.

Great wings and salads. I order the parmesan and teriyaki wings with a salad every time I visit. Best salads ever! The wait to cook the chicken for the salads are a little long but worth the wait.
