The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the staff was good. But got the wake up wrap and it was COLD I mean cold. My mom had a dr appointment and was in a hurry. I will go to the one on 501 in Conway for now on.
I just want to say that this Duncan has the best donuts !! I go to Duncan every morning in Conway & the donuts are sooo sad no icing no sprinkles .. On Sunday I go to tbe 544 one & the donuts & the staff are the best . I wish that the one in Conway was just as good .

Everytime I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts I receive great service and my coffee is always perfect! They are quick and always friendly. My only complaint is that the cc machines don’t allow you to leave a tip. I don’t carry cash on me and when I receive great service I like to show my appreciation for it. So please consider updating your payment methods to allow customers to leave a tip with cc. I look forward to returning for a great cup of coffee!
