Jade Hibachi, 201 Graduate Road, Conway, had a routine inspection on March 2 and scored a 71 % “C” grade. Inspectors found the facility to be “excessively dirty and not maintained,” the SC Food Grade Report stated. Here are some of the violations: no paper towels at hand washing sink, tomatoes sitting on drainboard next to raw chicken, batter mixture in walk-in cooler appears very old, pan storing cooked chicken and shrimp appeared not to be cleaned and sanitized frequently, cutting boards with black build up, no temperature control for pan of raw chicken and steak, wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer bucket between uses, sink build up of grime, shelving and equipment have heavy grease and grime build-up, knobs at sink encrusted with grime build up so thick they need to be replaced, trash stored on floor, garbage stored in box under sink was moldy, all walls and floors have thick grease and grime build-up including walk-in cooler, and stove top hood dripping with grease.

Ordered from door dash. Horrible! The food was burnt. There was actual burnt pieces from the grill. I found a piece of charboy in my food. I couldn't eat it. The 3 shrimp they added was so hard and rubbery. It was ridiculous. Waste of money

This place is absolutely disgusting! When you walk in it smells like rotting chicken. The toilet smells better than this place... Seriously! It is freaking disgusting! We picked around the corner to look at the kitchen we're going to the bathroom and there's rotting chicken sitting on a cutting board and the employee in the back was cooking the food moves at a snails pace. This is absolutely disgusting and we are reporting it to every single agency possible. I would be surprised if a large percentage of its customers do not get food poisoning. Do not eat here!!! I do not want to leave one star rating but it's forcing me to give at least one star.

Burnt rice, only 4 shrimp in a shrimp bowl which was served in a hamburger container instead of bowl. Sauce was like pure water no flavor at all and very liquifdy. Chicken was fry no sauce e cooked on it at all plain. I soent$25 for nothing. I could have done better myself. Very disappointed since they are usually good. Poor service waited 30 minutes for food to cook. I see why they burnt it.

Disgusting store. Black soot on the walls, black floor from not being cleaned. I walked over to the bench to sit down and wait for a pickup and I could see my own fresh shoe print right in front of me imprinted into the grime in the floor. What a depressing place. Glad I wasn't there to eat. I think I would lose my appetite and just take it to eat in the car. (7-1-2022)

The food was not good in any way. The noodles tasted like spaghetti noodles with a lot of watery sauce, the fried rice was literally just rice (no eggs or veggies like fried rice normally has) the chicken was overcooked and dry, we asked for extra chicken and we got a very small amount of chicken, the "yum yum" sauce was watered down and had no flavor, they forgot the spring rolls and it was overpriced. Don't waste your money. Even an unexperienced cook would do better by just buying chicken and rice from the grocery store and making it themselves.

I found their food fantastic. I hadn't had hibachi for quite for awhile. Also some of the hibachi around here isn't very good so I was pleasantly surprised when I got this food. Large portion enough for 2 meals for me. Would definitely recommend it to others!

NEVER eating here again. i ordered through door dash, they didn’t tag my order so i got someone else’s food. when i called to explain my problem the woman who answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. my fiancé proceeded to go to the restaurant to pick up our food and they have 10+ people there waiting for the correct orders. one girl is now calling police because they will not give her her money back, took her uncooked steak from over an hour ago and just threw it back on the grill in stead of making her a fresh order. i’m shocked and disgusted with how this place has ran into the ground. used to be good.

Will not be back. Food was cold, order was wrong. Staff was very rude towards me and had to wait over 2 hours to get my order. Was told "5 more min" at least 10 times. Lady behind the counter couldn't have been ruder or higher

I was placed on hold for 11 minutes! Then while my daughter in law waited to pick up for me almost an hour, she was denied sushi and teriyaki chicken which they both have listed on their menu. To say I’m livid is an understatement. I will be going elsewhere. They really have gone downhill fast!

I normally don’t write negative reviews but this was honestly sad. I’ve worked in the food industry my entire life and this is some of the worst service I’ve ever seen. Coming from a party animal degenerate at coastal Carolina.
