This is an older KFC but these employees are the best. Same crew for a long time . The manager I don't know his name he is really a hard working man. Everything I go in there he is working harder then anyone he gets in there and does it all.. I think he is good man.. food always good service good..

I previously gave a bad review of this restaurant because of staff. Obviously that’s been changed and now it’s one of the best restaurants in Conway. They are fast, helpful and knowledgeable about their products.They get you in and out quickly without losing the great quality this brand is known for.While used to dread going here and waiting half hour for food. Now I actually look forward going here.

All I ordered was a large fry, and I got a lot of fries, but they seemed like they'd been sitting in grease for almost an hour. I ate 2 fries and threw the rest away. Probably not coming back after that ✌️

So I’m not one to leave a review but last night (01/18/2024) I went thought the drive through and Jordan was helping me and very sweet!! And when I pulled up to the window Jordan was one of the sweetest person ever! I will go back because of Jordan. Thank you for having such an amazing personality and so friendly and everything you did!! ?

Ordered the 8pcs Family Meal Deal paid $29 and some change. The Chicken Was Old and Cold, looks like it was leftover from lunch. Biscuits were too doughy not baked all the way. The two sides were ok.When customers pay for the food they ordered they have a right to receive hot, fresh and tasty food. KFC YOU NEED TO DO BETTER

Super disappointed! I have been there before and everything was good, but this time I was disappointed. I wanted sweet tea and there wasn't sweet tea in the container it had unsweet tea no sugar what so ever. I was just there a few days before and the sweet tea had sugar in it, but this time I was told, "we aren't allowed to put sugar in the sweet tea anymore according to the New Owners". And that it had the appropriate amount of sugar. It DID NOT have ANY sugar in it. I felt like they were purposely lying to me about something so trivial. I can't give my hard earned money to a business like this, run by employees like this.
