This is the best seafood around. It's a one man show, but Richard is on the ball, scheduling, cooking and giving you the best service. His food is so delicious, lightly battered, not any of that heavy batter. And his desserts are fabulous, if you have room for them after eating his generous portions! Please go try it out....you won't be disappointed!

Great Fish,seafood and more. You need to make a reservation, but this place is a down home country fish shack! Fish, seafood and all the fixins. My wife had the catfish,all that you care to eat, and she could only eat one portion. I had the small Combo seafood platter with baked potato, almost couldn't finish mine! The food was outstanding , the hushpuppies too. If you are a local, don't miss this place on 701South.

Everything moves smoothly, food comes out hot and fresh! The menu has a lot of variety and the food is delicious. This is my go to for seafood! No cards, cash only!
Just went to luvans after several years..so delish..I can't remember having a seafood platter so loaded I have enough for another meal..everything was perfact...my scallops..super delish..Richard is a rockstar..does it all ..waits..serves...cooks..cleans..I definitely give the whole experience a 10+..will be going again..really soon..check out this Lil gem ? you won't be disapointed..

Got there when it opened so had the whole place to myself. The catfish was absolutely the moistest(sp) fish ever. Plenty of food and extremely accommodating. Will return.
